Al and his team were terrific! They were on time and installed my new AC without a wrinkle! The guys were very pleasant to work with, they were good with my dogs and cleaned up when they left. You couldn't tell they were there except the air was cooler and the unit was quieter! I highly recommend Al and his team and will use them moving forward for regular maintenance.

I have been using Abaco Air Experts for the last 10 years because of their excellent service and fair prices.
This weekend I called Abaco again and it was time for a new AC unit.
They came early and on time as promised, they replaced a new inside and outside unit. They did an outstanding Job. Thanks Al, Jalal and Kevin.

The Abaco service associate was a professional, He took his time and checked every out my whole ac system to insure that all the components were operating in peak condition. That surprise me very much, because most of the time the service guys only fix what you tell them that is broken and than they leave. I had an ( OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE) with Jalal from Abaco Air Experts. I will definitely recommend them to the anyone that needs ac and heating service.

When looking for someone to do a service call I went by other Google reviews. I called Abaco and Jahlal came out to see why my air was warm. Turns out a broken coil in the outside unit. Our AC was 26 years old and it was time for it's maiden voyage. They were honest with what we needed and Al went over each and every unit that Trane offered and prices. They were not pushy with any certain unit, but let us pick what was right for our finances, housing size, and comfortable lifestyle. Each time they said they would be at the home they were on time and only took 4 hours to remove and install inside and outside unit. After installation he went over how to do maintenance and the thermostat. If we need any further service calls we will definitely be calling Abaco back. They turned a nightmare situation into smooth sailing. Looking forward to lower electric bills and no worry summer! Thanks Al and service team!

I’ve used Abaco for about 30 years for my a/c needs. They have always been responsive & professional, including yesterday when my unit blew a capacitor. The technician was able to diagnose the problem and have my a/c back up & running within 15 minutes af his arrival.

Al and Steve were extremely professional on their visits to my home. They came and troubleshot the issues with my AC unit in a timely fashion. They are reasonable and cost conscious on behalf of the customer as well as respectful of your home with their booties as not to track dirt in and out as they work. They explained all steps, issues and options along the way as well as potential associated costs.
I will call them again for issues as well as needed maintenance in the future and would recommend them highly to others. Thanks guys for keeping Keagan and I cool for the summer!!

Our family has been using Abaco air experts for the last 10 years to maintain and repair our 3 units. The word "expert" in the name is not there as fluff; they really are experts in what they do. In addition they are very friendly, courtesy , respectful of your home and always on time. They are also very efficient; there is no wasted time. They come in do the job at a fair price and move on. This year we had to replace our largest unit. They air experts helped us choose the most efficient brand and unit for our home. They installed both inside and outside units very carefully. We could not be more pleased with the choice they helped us make. We plan on replacing the other two at the right time with Abaco as well! Thanks Abaco Team!!

We were experiencing intermittent outages of our AC... today was one of those feel-like 105 days. We called around 11 AM to inquire about a diagnostic test. We were pleased that Abaco could send Jalal to our house around 2:30... very quick! We received 2 calls from Jalal letting us know his progress before his arrival. He is a polite and very professional man who made it easy for us to understand the issues we were having. He fixed those issues and educated us on precautions we should take to extend the life of our 12 year old system. We all want someone we can trust , particularly when it is an issue we may not have much knowledge of... so we highly recommend this company.

Have used Abaco for several years. Their technicians are professional and communicate any concerns about my air conditioning system. Then work out a plan to correct problems. There is a plan now to repair water drainage coming out of the foundation. After this is corrected the this will no longer be a concern.

Al and all other workers did an excellent job. We were treated with the utmost respect and every effort was made to treat us properly. Also we were given a very good price with no negotiating. The weather was extremely hot. Al contacted us with updates and kept us informed. The system is working very well. Al has earned any our business for the future.

I am so happy we contacted Abaco Air experts. We had a wrong diagnosis from another AC company and would have spent 1500 dollars on a part that we didn’t need!! The technician that came out feom Abaco Air was able to detect a communication problem. He had our ac up and running without any replacement of parts. Couldn’t be happier with the knowledge of the technician and the helpfulness of the owner Al as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for all our AC needs. Wonderful company

I can’t say enough how impressed I am with this company. My heater went out in the the middle of the night, so I called them at 7:30am to book a visit. I expected to get an answering service, but someone actually answered the phone instead. The person ended up being the OWNER of the company (Al). He was very friendly and said he would come by shortly. He and his tech (Jalal) came by and explained all of the options available to be along with how their expert installation experience and techniques would make a huge difference.

After receiving multiple quotes from other vendors, I ended up going with Abaco. Their prices were extremely competitive, but their technical competence sealed the deal for me.

They communicated regularly and showed up at 7am ready to go. Al was on-site the entire day to oversee the install. Jalal and the other installers were extremely professional and left my home spotless.

I couldn’t be more happy with the service from Abaco and the functionality of my new Trane AC units!!

Our tech was very knowledgeable and courteous as well as thorough in evaluating our AC problem. He took the time to explain all the nuances as well as options and was not pushy which was much appreciated. He took his time to explain all options so we could understand what is going on and make a decision on how to proceed.

Al from Abaco serviced my AC today and I've got to say that he is outstanding as an individual and Abaco as a company is awesome. The charges were reasonable, the service is awesome, and everyone involved is highly professional. They really did exceed my expectations in every way. I have had a FEW other companies out here over the past few years and I can say with zero doubt that Abaco will be the only one in the future.

Jalal was amazing. He was so sweet and knowledgeable. He was kind enough to explain several things about our system to my husband while he tested and fixed the issue on our outside unit. This was the only company out of three we called that was able and happy to come out the same day. Our house was about 90° inside and we had 2 kids and 4 animals we were trying to keep from overheating. Can't recommend this company enough. Won't go anywhere else from now on.

Al from Abaco exceeded all expectations for repair of our residential AC system! I called at 4:30am to advise of the problem, he arrived at 6:30am (at my request, as their normal business hours start at 6:00am), quickly diagnosed the issue (dysfunctional blower motor and electrical panel, both still under warranty), called me twice throughout the day with updates on sourcing for the parts and arrival time back at the house for installation. It took about an hour and a half to complete, and we were already feeling cooler. Very pleased with the responsiveness, professionalism, and cost of this business. I was dreading this repair process, but Abaco was the blessing I hoped for. Thanks Al!!

Great service. Had a problem on Thursday and they showed up on Friday. Our service tech, Joey, was awesome. Very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Everything was explained throughout the entire maintenance process. A/C is working great! Thank you Abaco and thank you Joey!

These guys are simply great! It took <30 minutes for their technician to come out. Jalal was able to diagnose to and replace the faulty capacitor as well as do an overall system check (amperage, freon, etc) in <1 hour!! He did not try to sell me on upgrading my whole system like other companies have done in the past. Extremely professional and fast service. I will certainly use them again.
