Excellent Service, Superior Technicians and Great Prices.

I am writing this review because Abaco Air Experts are true experts.

I called on Friday, and they had someone out on Saturday morning! They kept me informed of their progress, provided proof of their activity to resolve the issue and came in under the quoted price.

The technicians were knowledgeable and professional.

In today’s market, it’s sometimes difficult to identify quality companies. Don’t be fooled by the advertisements these other AC companies run on TV... trust this review, and do yourself and your wallet a favor by calling these guys.

This is a true story. No lies. No exaggerations.

I called Abaco and within 20 minutes I had a tech at my house. He was very friendly and wore PPE. He did a check of my unit and it was the compressor. Price was reasonable. I liked that he showed me on volt meter the battery capacity as proof. Everything was fixed in 30 minutes. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Abaco Air has been helping us with our air conditioning for years.
They are trustworthy, fair in pricing, and knowledgeable. They call before they come and leave the house clean. Super team.

Jalal was exceptional in explaining what and why he was doing each task in diagnosing and fixing my issue. Not just once. Each time over a couple of years that I have needed service.

Used them again, and as usual they were wonderful - smart, competent, and kind.

Abaco fixed the issue with my AC unit within the first 15 minutes and then did a thorough check of the whole system. These guys know their trade and would recommend them to anyone having issues with their unit. They were in constant communication on when they would be at my home, how much the repair would be, and any other issues that I might encounter in the future. Truly a well done job.

We have used Abaco Air Experts for more than 30 years - from Mandarin to the Beaches. Service is prompt and pricing is fair. The repair team has always been able to fix whatever problem we have, and I never feel we get bamboozled with recommendations for bogus repairs we don't need. I trust these guys to do the right thing.

I highly recommend using Abaco Air Experts. The technician was prompt and very courteous. He even called around 20 minutes before my appointment time to let me know where he was and when he would arrive.

The problem didn't occur while he was here (of course) but he inspected the entire system to be safe, explaining everything as he was doing it. When he was finished, he gave me his findings and recommendations, but didn't try to push anything like some companies do.

Overall a great service!

Update!

Our 11 year old system finally gave up the ghost. I called on Abaco again and they worked out a great deal for me. They were on site within 10 minutes of the appointment time and completed the job before their estimated time. I could not be happier!

I am happy I chose Abaco. Al and his team of technicians are true expert craftsmen - the kind you barely see anymore. They do excellent work with meticulous attention to detail and doing everything the correct way.

Their prices are fair. Abaco does HVAC. They don't do plumbing and carpentry and other stuff like the companies that have been bought up by the conglomerates.

Give Al a call. You'll be happy you did.

Ask for Jalal! I called Abaco by accident and found out it was a Godsend. Jalal came out after hours and never made us feel rushed or acted like he wanted to sell something. He was efficient and professional. His level of knowledge got us back up and running. Will definitely be calling Abaco back to service our A/C! 👌👏 good company, not sold out to big box commercial.

Prompt and professional service! I called Abaco after receiving a call from one of my tenants due AC not working properly and water inside the air handler closet. A technician was onsite within an hour and a half to service my unit. The problem was resolved and my tenant is back to enjoying cool air. Thank you, Abaco, for professional, prompt service!

Al AbuFouz was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He always returned my calls and addressed my concerns, he was very soft spoken and not pushy but very informative. I highly recommend him and this company, I shopped their prices and had other companies come to the house and give cost. Don't bother wasting your time doing the same, I can tell you Abaco has them beat for the product and price. Other companies said they would have the unit installed in 3 hours, Abaco took 6 hours, which I like knowing that they took their time to do the job right and didn't just rush through it. Thank you for a job well done!

Jalal at Abaco Air was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, patient, and considerate. He showed me the issues my unit had, explained what it would cost, and made the repairs the same day I called. I have tried multiple HVAC companies before, but I now trust Abaco to be my service provider and refer them to my family, friends and clients.

I’ve always had the best service from Abaco! Last night my compressor stopped working. I didn’t realize it until after dinner. They came at 9pm and got me going!!!! So thankful!

We have used them multiple times and they have always been quick and do a good job explaining the issues to us. Not just fixing it but letting us know what is going on and why they are fixing it. Very transparent and we appreciate that.

Abaco installed my AC unit almost a decade ago. About ten years later today, my AC started to blow warm air. I called Abaco, left a message and they responded almost immediately and then came to my house within 30 mins. The technician (I really wish I wasn’t so horrible with remembering names) was awesome. Super friendly, efficient and explained to me what the root cause could possibly be.
Luckily he had a new circuit board handy for the air handler. He replaced the circuit board, conducted some additional tests and now my house is a winter wonderland again.

The technicians have always been professional , reliable and knowledgeable about providing service to my Air Conditioning Unit.

I came home late last night to find out my air conditioner wasn’t working. A mutual friend recommended this place so I made a quick call at 7:55 AM. After working with my schedule, they had a tech to my house within the hour and everything was fixed by 10:00 AM. I would DEFINITELY use Abaco again and recommend to anyone!
