Dan came for a Spring tune up service was very professional and did a great job with our system. He explained in detail what he did, even showed pictures of every step. He answered all of our questions and suggested options to take better care of the AC system. His knowledge and great customer service says a lot about the company.

Update 10/2022: Another great experience with Air McCall!! Made a call for service Cale arrived and checked everything, he was really thorough and honest: it can be fixed but there was also the possibility to make an upgrade of our unit. After research and talking to Shannon, the decision was made, we will go for a new unit. She explained all our options, answered questions and explained the differences. Day of install: Danius and Dennick were very polite and professional doing their job. They clean up all the area and walked me through using the new thermostat and taking care of my new system. Air McCall employees really show that they take pride in what they do!! Follow up calls to make sure everything was taken care of showed their compromise with excellent customer service. I will keep recommending this company.

Last January we replaced our nearly 18 year old Carrier which was costing more in repair and maintenance than it was worth. Air McCall was prompt in quoting a more efficient Carrier system at a price that was very competitive with other companies before the military discount.

As an out-of-town landlord, I appreciate the phone communication, expediency of removal and installation, and the courteous nature of the installers when speaking to my tenants. I've had no issues with the system and the overall experience has been excellent.

I now have a trusted partner in helping me keep the HVAC in my rental property in top condition. Thanks!

We had Air McCall install a brand new Carrier system last summer, and we have had no problems to date. We waited to write this review to see how the new Carrier performed. The installers provided excellent workmanship, did everything in a timely manner and cleaned up after their work. Rob was very informative and explained everything in detail.

Air McCall just installed a new heating and air conditioning system at my home. The installers were very polite and professional. They worked quickly and did a very complete job. The entire system was installed and working in one day. They were very careful to clean up any mess that was created by the installation. My garage was cleaner when they left then before they came. They arrived on time and did the installation with as little disruption as possible. They took time to explain the workings on the system and showed me how to adjust the new thermostat . All in all it was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend Air McCall for all your needs. Good price and great service.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I got 7 estimates from other AC companies and we went Air McCall because of Toby in sales.
He gave very fair pricing and is very knowledgeable. I had lots of questions and Toby answered them all. 5 stars+ to TJ and Alonzo for doing an exceptional job on the install. They showed up on time and did an super good job. They were both very professional and very neat. Air McCall and there staff went above and beyond and have earned my business from now on.

I had my system installed four days ago and so far it has been flawless. Rob the sales person did and outstanding job of explaining the systems to me and provided me quotes on several models. After many discussions with Rob and my son-in-law who is in the AC business we decided on the carrier 16 sear two-stage system.

The installation was done within two days of deciding on the system and the installation team were very professional very clean and very knowledgeable about the system.

I will say that the new system is a little more noisy than my older system but that due to the volume of air it’s now pushing through. So far we have been extremely happy and Air McCall have been very fast in their response to any questions I might have.

I would highly recommend them.

Very professional sales representative presented me with several options for replacement of my AC/Heating system after it was determined the old unit would be too costly to repair. I have used Air McCall for more that 12 years and they have always done an excellent job servicing my previous unit. Pricing for the new unit was comparable with other company estimates. The installation team were excellent, well mannered and very particular to make certain everything was installed correctly and to my liking. I was was very pleased with the whole experience.

Another great experience dealing with Air McCall. This was the second unit they installed for us after our last went out after 11 years which is about normal life in Florida. Rob was up front with the estimate and gave us discounts for loyalty and being seniors. The installation went smoothly with Andrew & Angel doing a professional job. The system started right up with no problems and we were back in business. This business has always been honest & reliable which we greatly appreciate!

Air McCall just installed a 4 ton Carrier Infinity system. This machine is amazing. Super quiet and efficient. The installers (Chris and Jon) were professional and personable. Their install looks clean and sharp. They even took pictures to document the work they did. Toby, the sales rep, was and continues to be accessible and very helpful. He answered his phone on Saturday. This was a great relief because my system went down the Friday night before and he got me on the schedule Tuesday the following week. My neighbor had a system installed by Air McCall two years ago and has been very happy with not only the product but also the service provided. It is hard to find an honest, reputable company. They have earned my business!!

Air McCall installed a 4 ton Carrier unit for us. We are so impressed starting with the initial phone to set up the appointment for a quote. Toby came out to look at what we had, made some suggestions and had us a quote that same evening. The techs arrived a few days after we signed the agreement to install the unit. Both techs were very professional, accommodating and left our home in perfect condition. We are very pleased with Air McCall!! Great job!!

Our family could not be happier with the product, service, and installation of our new HVAC system. In replacing our 18 year old system, we wanted a high end full variable condenser and air handler. We received several quotes and Air McCall quickly rose to the top. The sales manager Rob personally came over, did an inspection, walked us through our options and never once tried to oversell us on anything. We felt the Infinity 24 Series was best long term fit for us and could not be happier. The crew showed up on time, completed the job in a day and attention to detail, professionalism, and work product was top notch. Rob provided me with many options for systems that could replace my old system. The prices were very competitive, I must say that Rob work very hard to get me exactly what I wanted. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain every aspect to me. Returned my calls and kept me informed.

I feel that the most important service a company can provide is honesty, trust, and great customer service.

I never felt like I was being pushed towards one system or another.
After making my decision Air McCall installed my system the day before Hurricane Matthew reached Jacksonville.

The installers worked very hard in poor weather conditions just so my air would be working. I personally wish to thank them in this review to let them know I appreciate everything they did for me.

A recent thunderstorm took out our a/c system.

I asked several friends for contractor recommendations and
many suggested I call Air McCall. I made the call.

Steven from Air McCall came out and spent a lot of time looking at every component of our system and provided a thorough analysis and work needed to done. Curtis Cooper contacted me with estimates that were very competitive. The work team came out a did a great job of installing our new system. We have a new system that brought our home back to being cool and dry.

From start to finish, the members of this team were friendly, professional, provided an exceptional level of service and positive customer experience for us!

McCall installed the unit almost 2 years ago. The installation went great. They did our service earlier year. We did have issues this past weekend with the heat. They promptly returned our message and setup an appointment the same day. The tech was very knowledgeable. Everyone that we have worked with has been very polite and respectful of our house. The only thing I can fault them with was it took a year to close out our permit, but I think that was more of the county’s fault.

Just had the annual service checkup one year after installation. The technician (Dallas) was right on time at the beginning of the scheduled window. He performed the service quickly and efficiently. Very professional and obvious he knew what he was doing. I recommend Air McCall and the Carrier system for anyone. You won’t be disappointed.

I have used Air McCall for several years with their semi-annual maintenance program. Last checkup the service tech suggested a new and more efficient system. Within a few days the sales team designed a new system plan to remove and install a new Carrier a/c system.

The sight survey and installation team did an outstanding job. Prompt, efficient, professional, and complete. It’s hard to find people who do expert work and take pride in what they do. Service Tech Steve, Installers Eric and Jesse, Rob and Amber in the front office are the best in the business. I recommend Air McCall to anyone who is looking for air conditioning service, repair or a new system.

The company lives up to its reputation and the advertisements on their web page are true.

Toby Rich is very knowledgeable on AC units and did not sell us more than we needed,the people who in stalled the unit were very professional and explained what they were doing.our up stairs now is cool .

Air McCall was fantastic! Toby came out to give a free estimate, was well dressed, professional, polite and knowledgeable. Two days later they had our new unit installed. The workers were great! They were super patient with all of our questions and concerns, explained about replacing our old unit and were very efficient. We would absolutely recommend this business!

Some companies offer a price and then offer you another lower price when you've found someone else. No games with Air McCall. Great price, great well known system and features. Air McCall, specifically Rob Battinelli, did a wonderful job with educating me about all the systems that would be a good fit for my two-story townhome. He did a great job at working with me on the price and warranties and we settled on something that I felt was within my budget while still getting the recommended unit. He was always available to answer my questions on the phone and over text. The two men that came for installation were clean, thorough, and timely. I have been very pleased with our new Carrier unit which was installed about 11 months ago.

If you’re looking for a new system and don’t want to deal with obnoxious salespeople pushing an overpriced system that you don’t need, Air McCall is the company to work with. After having about 5 different local companies to my house to provide estimates, Air McCall was a head above the rest in all aspects. No complaints here!

Nobody ever WANTS to have to deal with getting a new A/C. But The team at Air McCall was as good I could hope for. Rob met me at my home and looked over my current system. He was fast and friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions about the different models and I never felt pressured or like I was receiving a "sales pitch". The quotes they came back with were high due to the market, but were still cheaper than every other quote I got. The system to select the package and sign was all online and easy to use. They were able to come out the next day and install everything. The install team (Jay and Jason I think) were similarly great. They were fast and respectful and cleaned up everything before leaving.
