Ariel was the ONLY one that would get to me in my immediate need the temp inside my home was 83 .. as my granddaughter resides with me and is 8 1/2 months pregnant and I’m disabled .. he was courteous , professional and kept me informed .. he had to order the part and as soon as he received it next day he was here and got me up and going !! Price was very reasonable ( I checked with a family member who is an AC man but out of town ) Highly recommend him and his company .. good and honest folks !! Thank you sooo much Ariel .. I’ll definitely keep your name and number handy .. YOU are my new AC man !!

Below Zero Heating and Air conditioning has literally been a life saver. I have asthma and my air has gone out twice during high temperatures. As soon as I placed the claim with my warranty company I received notification of a next day appointment, even if it’s a holiday or weekend. I was provided quick and professional service. I will always request this company when I need my air condition serviced.

Situation:
Issues with AC (on a weekend) Reached out to Below Zero and received a response to come out in 10 minutes! Fixed our issue and even provided tips for future care.

We appreciate this company’s time and effort to truly fix emergencies.

The owner Mr. Ariel was able to come out within 30 minutes and get the AC unit outside working again to combat the 105 degree outside and the 86 degrees that was showing in the house. Can’t recommend them enough for your hvac needs! Amazing service!

Ariel responded to me immediately after contacting him. I had a new AC installed within one day, keeping me updated on arrival times. I would recommend him without hesitation.

We originally called the company who installed and typically services our A/C unit and was told that it would be 2 days till they could send a technician over. After a rough night without A/C, we decided to call Below Zero Heat and Air. We contacted them prior to 8am on Saturday morning and explained our A/C was out. We were told that they could send someone over within 30 mins. Then 10 mins later, Ariel arrived. By 8:30 he was able to get our A/C up and running again!! The service call cost was 1/3 of what the other companies were quoting us the night before. Thank you!!

After having a terrible experience with another company and being without A/C in the dead of summer for nearly a month, Below Zero came in and did an absolutely AMAZING job. Ariel and his team were attentive, thorough and they got the job done in no time. I’m ashamed we didn’t write this review sooner but our A/C was replaced a couple months ago and we have had no issues since. My husband and I can’t rave about them enough and we will only be using them moving forward.

Awesome Service..... Zero Below Heating and Air was contracted through my home warranty for AC repair. The tech came out the next day assess the AC problem and within an hour the unit was repaired.... Zero Below Heating and Air was very professional and timely. My AC system stopped working. I call Ariel from Below Zero. He described problem, had the solution to fix it and scheduled a time. Staff arrived on time and had the New Units . All staff is very professional and knowledgeable of every aspect of what we needed. Excellent service. I would recommend Below Zero to anyone.

This company came out on Saturday when we desperately needed help. The techs were friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. They fixed my problem timely and helped me understand my system so I could service the unit correctly. Would recommend this company to anyone who wants good HVAC work.

This company was recommended not only by other AC companies in Jacksonville Florida but also by my HOA. I live in a condominium and have had ongoing AC issues since summer of 2022. This year, my AC completely went out. Another company said my line set is possibly leaking and that they could not repair it. I’ve called around many companies, many declined to come out because I live on the 4th floor and there’s a lot of walking involved, very complicated set up where I live. Below zero was the only company that took on this big challenge. They worked very hard, very professional and get straight to the point on what the issue is and needs to be fixed. I highly recommend this company just like everyone else in the community does.

Came home to a 90 degree house at 6 at night and thought I would be in for a terrible night, after calling multiple companies Below Zero answered and said they would have a tech out right away. Ariel was here by 7, had diagnosed, fixed the problem, and was gone by 730, and at a fair price. Will absolutely use again!

I had major trouble with my ac in July! Over the course of several weeks 2 other ac businesses looked at the unit but were unable to diagnose the problems. Below Zero was contacted, they diagnosed the problems and did the repairs. I was finally able to be comfortable in my home again!!!! The owner and his staff were friendly, polite, and on time for the appointments. I had a different small issue arise last night and they were out this morning to take care if it.
I highly recommend Below Zero for your HVAC problems. I will be using them for my annual maintenance checks too.

I called one day and repairs were made the next day. their response was quick and accurate, very economical in price and this is the only company I will use in Jacksonville. They are very professional and I have used them more then five times and I was always satisfied with the services they have done to repair work and new installation, for multiple properties and they are also very friendly.

When the unexpected happens, having someone dependable to call on is key! This past weekend, my AC went out. I put in a service call and had an appointment for Monday afternoon. Prior to arriving, the service technician called to let me know he was on the way. When the doorbell rang, I opened the door to a smiling face, which was calming. Within a few short moments, the issue was diagnosed. The technician explained the issue and let me know what needed to be done. In what seemed like no time, I felt the cool air. Normalcy restored!

Adonys and his guys came to my rescue after another service left me and my home warranty waiting for a response for almost a month. Adonys came early the day he was scheduled, did not leave until he had sent the diagnostic and evidence. Called me back as soon as the warranty had made a decision. His guys came promptly the next day, they installed everything nicely , they were cautious with social distancing and were so nice! I would recommend their service to anyone in the Jacksonville area!! So happy right now!

I bought a house and it had a old 14 seers A/C unit, It stop working. Ariel came and offered me a brand New 21 seers unit for a very good deal. They came did everything fast and professionally done. It’s been 6 months now and I had no problems. Thank you Below Zero for the work done in my house!
