Adonys came and knew the issue right away. He had the part in his try and fixed it the same day. It was at a great price too! He is very friendly and affordable!

Amazing, courteous, and honest! Called to request a quote for an Evaporator Coil Replacement. Previously diagnosed by three other companies, but the repair estimates were outrageous. Their quote beat the brakes off the other companies. None of the "Well, we need to diagnose it. $99 for the diagnosis." They said "Part on hand, price out the door, we can do it tomorrow" Done. Repair took a little more than an hour. If you need work done on your AC, they're the guys to call. I know I will be. Updated! Called them again for my heat going out on me. Again, amazing service. I wish I could give them another 5-star.

I had an ongoing, intermittent problem with my air conditioner system. Ariel and his team responded quickly and identified and repaired the problem. They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and the fee was very reasonable. I will be using Below Zero for any and all of my future heating/air needs. I had one of the HVAC sales companies, that pose as HVAC repair, pressuring me very hard to buy an entire new unit and replace all of my exterior duct work. They lied and said that one of my fan motors was blown, and that it would be more expensive than it was worth to repair due to the fan needing to be ordered and programmed directly by the OEM. My unit is close to 20 years old, so it seemed somewhat reasonable that it was its time to go. I had also spent the day in a near-90 degree house with my pets, so I was a bit desperate to get my AC back. Below Zero came out *lickety split* (same day) and told me that my fan motor was fine and that I only needed my capacitor replaced, saving me thousands on buying a new unit. They showed me that even if I did want my fan replaced, it would’ve been a fraction of the cost from what the other company quoted. If one of the big companies is pressuring you to buy new equipment, do yourself a favor and call Below Zero for a 2nd opinion. Even if it is determined that you need new equipment, I would recommend that you have Below Zero do the work for their honesty, if nothing else. It becomes harder and harder to find trustworthy work these days and Below Zero is just that. They had my AC blowing cold air within 30 minutes of being there and it’s still running like a champ now while writing this review. Thanks for the honesty and the good work!

Ariel and his team were prompt. I had a broken a compressor. The part was covered under “Carrier” warranty and it was fixed same day after the part was acquired.

If you are looking for professionals Below Zero Corp will be the company you need. They answer calls after hours, set a last minute appointment, replace an entire unit in few hours and the crew was kind, clean and to be honest I didn't even feel like they were here. They have the best prices and the best service. Thank you so much Ariel!

do NOT use this company. no good. I paid service call fee cash, asked for receipt, guy said text me email address, I did, still week goes by, no receipt. ripp off, without putting Freon, told me it would cost me lots of money to REPLACE WHOLE THING, everything needs to be replace, stay away. my A/C unit needed only FREON, not needed to replace it. Ariel was telling me my whole unit was bad, needed to be replaced. I asked to add Freon in it, it worked fine. if your home warranty recommends you this company, Below... say: NO, ask for another company. google search rating first. save your money.
