At the end of March, we had a team come out to assess and replace the heater in our home. The technicians were excellent, and the overall service was outstanding. The lead technician, Gregory, was very professional and respectful, especially when entering our home. I highly recommend getting new heater equipment and services from this company. They have a solid reputation in Jacksonville, and I completely understand why.

Two of the best young men I have ever worked with! I’ve used this HVAC service several times and they are always fantastic. My geothermal system stopped working and it caused the water pipes in the basement to burst. I called different HVAC companies in Jacksonville that work with my home warranty, but no one could come until much later. My mother is 86 and has serious asthma, and the weather was getting extremely hot. Not having water made things even harder. When I explained this early in the morning, Mason and Gregory had a team at my house just a few hours later. They really are the best when it comes to geothermal systems and mini splits. I highly recommend them. Other companies didn’t care about my mom’s health, but this team truly did. I am so thankful for their help!

He also made sure to install a goodman evaporator coil that works with both r-22 and the newer refrigerant, which is great for future flexibility. Living in florida, it gets super hot, so having a reliable and honest hvac company matters a lot. I'm really happy with the work and the honest advice. finding trustworthy people for ac repairs isn’t easy, but i’ll definitely call them again if i need anything.
