They also focus on being environmentally friendly by recycling all old HVAC units they replace, and they can even share photos of the recycling process if you ask. Douglas came out to our Jacksonville home on a holiday after our air conditioner stopped working. He figured out the issue, sent the estimate to our property manager, and once it was approved, he returned within a few hours and had the AC running smoothly in about an hour. Excellent communication, professionalism, and top-notch service!
