We were in a bind to find a reliable Heat and Air company as there are so many to choose from. They came recommended and I can see why. Fast, courteous service and just great people. They explained everything and gave options for pricing for a thermostat based on what we believed was best for us. I would recommend this company hands down.

I've had Complete Air for at least 10-12 years. My mother also had Complete Air service her A/C. I cannot say enough great things about Don and his team. Whenever I had an issue, they were quick to respond. They are always on time and prompt. I would definitely give them a five star rating.

Don Richards with Complete Air Systems recently replaced the AC evaporator coil that was still under warranty. Complete Air Systems has performed all of our AC service and AC replacement work for many years now at our home and at two rental condos that we own. We have always found Complete Air Systems to be prompt, very knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Complete Air Systems for HVAC system maintenance, repair and replacement services.

This company is great! Brand new entire unit was out and operating in under 5 hrs and cleaned up. My previous unit was...35...years old. A little over a year ago I thought it was toast and I told Don I need a new one...he said let me take a look at it and 30 minutes later it was up and running for under $400, he could have just went forward with a new unit but, he was honest.We talked about what it might cost to replace it and a year and a half later that price was still valid. They also replaced my sister and mothers unit some time back and they were just as happy which is why I called them, plus with all of the great reviews how could I not feel good about putting my money with them. Thank you Don and your great and polite crew!

I first met Don and began using Complete Air after buying my home in 2018. Right after moving in I noticed I couldn’t get the AC to go down when reset. It was August, and very hot! It was also a Sunday. Don came out and fixed my AC (capacitor), and I was shocked when I was not charged an arm and a leg. Since then I have had Don and his team come out every six months to check and clean my system. I had to call again today, as my heat wasn’t working last night and did not get above 55 degrees. Once again, Don came out, figured out the problem and fixed it. Don and his staff are knowledgeable, personable and friendly, and always professional. They answer any and all questions that you may have, helping you to understand what is happening with your system. In addition, their prices are more than reasonable, unlike so many other businesses. I cannot recommend them highly enough and they have a permanent customer in me!

I cannot say enough good things about Complete Air. Their customer service is truly the best. Calls are returned quickly, and they work diligently to troubleshoot and get to the root of the problem. They are honest, fair, and completely trustworthy, which is hard to find these days.

Their technicians are top notch: professional, knowledgeable, and respectful every single time they come out. What means the most to me is the way they take care of my family, especially when I’m away serving in the military. I never have to worry about my family being without AC or heat for long because Complete Air treats them like their own.

The peace of mind they give me is absolutely invaluable. If you’re looking for a company you can trust completely, Complete Air is it.
