It has been a pleasure working with this experienced and friendly group. They are currently installing a new unit in my house in Baymeadows. My electric bills have been out of line for years. Charlie, my 10 year old Labradoodle, took right to Mike, and Charlie usually hates strangers. Can't wait to get my refrigerator magnet of Charlie! Excellent service. Looking forward to lower bills.

After years of feeling vulnerable to dishonest and overpriced HVAC companies, a neighbor finally put me in touch with his guy, Mr. Gurley. I'm so thankful he did as Mr. Gurley quickly earned my trust and has helped me out on multiple occasions. He is always quick to my return calls, very reasonable with his rates and he's never tried to sell me things I don't need. He has even returned my call in the evening to troubleshoot an issue which he helped me fix over the phone. Now, Mr. Gurley is my AC guy and I'm happy to recommend him to friends and family.

Great Service, very prompt. James came in, diagnosed the issue and had it up in running within 45 mins, not to mention he was on time and very polite. Most companies will give you the run around but not Great Dane! Best price around, very honest and caring people. Thank you!

Called late at night as our AC wasn’t cooling in this heat wave we are in. I was contacted right back and had an appointment the next morning. Very professional and knowledgeable. Technician knew exactly what the problem was. Installed new compactor and we were back up and running in no time. I highly recommend Great Dane Heating & A/C.

Mister Gurley is wonderful. We have used him over the last few years from small tweaks to replacing our entire unit last month. He’s quick, reliable, honest, and clean. He always beats the prices of competitors (yes we prices out SEVEN). He explains everything and even walked through and taught me how to clean certain aspects of the air units with patience and kindness. I cannot say enough that you NEED to hire mister Gurley for all of your ac needs. Truly a wonderful person and business owner who cares. Go local!

Recently I had two companies come out to look at my unit that was 10 years old and both said the coil was leaking and I needed a new unit at almost $10,000 but had to get the order in that day or the prices were going up on 1/1. I called Great Dane as a last and final resort. they came out the next day and found a $2.00 valve was the problem replaced it in 5 minutes, refilled with freon and that was two weeks ago and the system is running like new again. Had Jeff from Great Dane out since my air condition was on the fritz. Jeff was able to get me up and running for the time being. He explained to me that my AC was not in the best shape and it would probably need replaced in the near future.

Am so glad I went with Great Dane to service my a/c. I highly recommend Quentin who serviced the unit. He is extremely knowledgeable, highly competent, and up front with potential issues that could surface later but didn’t recommend or push to make changes until needed. I trust him. This is the epitome of excellent service. Our outdated A/C system went down for good and had called multiple other companies with little to no response.
