I just used Hammond Heating & Air Conditioning @ my mom’s house after her air went out over the weekend. After calling and speaking to someone on Sunday, Brian came out Monday, assessed the issue and was back first thing Tuesday to fix it. He also called while I was around the corner and couldn’t reach me initially, waited and then immediately came back once he contacted me to work with my schedule. So kind and professional. We also use Hammond at my place and someone came out in a Sunday to fix the issue. We have continuously used them for several years and always a great experience. We always recommend them to all our friends & family.

I cannot say enough about Hammond Air. My AC unit died on Thursday night. I reached out to multiple companies asking for an estimate as this was an emergency. Kyle called me and came to my house within 10 minutes. He also verified that the cost to repair made no sense. I explained my situation to him and he came back with an estimate that was half of what I had been quoted by a competitor. Not only did I agree to have them do the job but they have a customer for life! I will definitely refer this company every single time!!

Bryan came out and looked at our A/C today and he was wonderful. Super friendly and explained everything that was going on and how he would make repairs. Very happy with our service and will be recommending it to our neighbors. Thanks Bryan!

We had another company come out and tell us that our condenser was bad and we had to replace the entire unit. After quoting us an insane amount, we started getting quotes from other local companies. We decided to go with Hammond because Aaron was not pushy, he was very professional and simply laid out the options. Hammond was reasonably priced and they were able to get the unit installed the next day. The install was smooth and the installers were great. They actually diagnosed the original problem ($50 fix) but we decided based on the age of the units, it was worth it to go forward with the replacement. I highly recommend them and we will be using Hammond going forward.

Bryan came out first thing in the morning and fixed our clogged AC drain. He was friendly, communicated when he was on his way and fixed the issue no problem.

I was highly impressed with this company. I have COPD so we had the IAQ package done and our air quality already seems better. Kevin and Roy did our service and they were wonderful. Professional, polite, friendly and may have left my house cleaner than it was when they got there. I can't say enough positive things about our experience. Thank you Hammond.

Bryan Ludwig was our technician today. He showed up on time. We Advised him of our thermostat problem and he determined the drain line was plugged up. He blew it out and made our system work efficiently again. We’ve been with Hammond Air for 9 years. Great company.

Bryan and Cody came out and saved the day!! With a storm approaching they identified the problem had a part in the way and installed and AC back up and working fast!! Definitely will be using Hammond again if there are any more issues!!! Thank you gentlemen!!

My great grandmother had been using Hammond for her ac maintenance for years. I decided to try them out and will be a returning customer as well. David came in and immediately knew what was wrong. He got the job done quickly and explained the issue throughly.

Sam did a great job getting my unit working again after coming home from work to a 85 degree home. I will from now on be using Hammond’s services for all of my hvac needs and will recommend this company to anyone needing honest and professional service!

Brian came out and serviced my air conditioner and it only took him 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately for us. i was horrified to know i would be spending the day in this house with no air, but Brian got to us right away. Thank you for taking care of our air conditioning problems! Great company, friendly dispatch and Brian was super nice as well!

We found ourselves in the unlucky position of having to replace our air conditioning unit, however we became very lucky with the help of Hammond and their tech Kyle. The process went so well and smooth. Kyle was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. We are now proud owners of a new and wonderful working unit all thanks to the help of Kyle. I would recommend Hammond over and over again! Do yourself the favor when you have to replace something so important and use Hammond!

Sam came out and repaired a huge hole in our attic ductwork. Turns out we were paying to air condition our attic with this 115 degree heat! Sam was great and fixed it in a timely manner. Super professional and timely! I definitely recommend Sam P. and Hammond to everyone!

Recently had to call for service for my grandmother's AC unit. Brian showed up and was very nice and patient with my grandma. He was extremely polite and helpful, but most importantly, he fixed the problem quickly. Highly recommend

Shopped around after our AC failed and I am happy that I went with Hammond Air Conditioning. There was no pushy sales pitch and Aaron presented multiple options. The new equipment was installed by Hunter and Cody and they were professional, polite and clearly explained the work that was being completed. Solid company. Good people.

We had a problem with our ductwork to the 2nd floor of our house. And had a 10am appointment. Bryan called and said he could actually be by earlier. When he got here, he was friendly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He was actually done and writing up the paperwork by 10am! 10 out of 10, will definitely recommend!

Hammond air is pretty excellent. I got quotes from a few different companies. Hammond had the best price for my system, thousands less than their competitors. And the unit they installed was a high quality model with great reviews, so you're not getting low quality products, just great prices.

Charlie came to service and inspect my old unit, and price out my system. Gave me his personal cell number and was very responsive. None of that "salesman" pressure I get so sick of from other companies, just honest communication. Dakota and David did the install they were respectful and answered any questions I had. 5 stars all around.

Techs Jonathan and Kerry well trained, have the right tools, polite, on time, responsive to special requests. Office managers Barbara and Fran are very good at answering phone and getting back to me about questions I had during the process. Price and quality were good…Estimator Bryan only estimator out of three estimates who immediately identified need for updated wiring, so that we knew about this ahead of time instead of last minute.

We've been using Hammond Air for all of our properties and they are fantastic. They are reliable, honest and priced fairly. Our tech David serviced our HVAC today and the service is consistently good. He really took the time to explain what was going on with our system and the options. Really appreciate him and the company for always doing a great job.,
