I hired King of Home Solutions for a plumbing repair job. My experience with this company was very positive from my first contact with Gail Morales on the phone to the final handshake as technician B.J. Pafford left my home after completing the repair. Upbeat and friendly, Gail got my job quoted and scheduled quickly and efficiently. B.J. and his assistant also made a great impression on us while at our home, and they completed the work quickly and neatly. And our price was fair — $120 less than the other quote that I solicited. King of Home Solutions is now our go-to plumber.

Awesome service, very professional and knowledgeable.

I wasn't going to write anything, but the more I thought about my experience and loss of money, the more upset I got. These people, while nice, are incompetent. I hired them to switch out 2 faucets in my masterbath, a very simple job. The plumber got them installed and we found out they were leaking very slowly underneath the sink. They came back 4 times, even charging me a $65 fee to come back the fourth time and still could not fix the issue.

Meanwhile, I hired another competent plumber and he confirmed what my wife and I originally thought, that the faucets needed to be caulked to the counter to avoid the water being splashed onto the counter, dripping down into the faucet holes and underneath the sink. (Side note: the owner called me and I told him about this solution and he advised me NOT to do this, but couldn't give me a good reason. I told him it made sense to me and I was going to proceed with it, because his solution was that both of my faucets were defective and I should order new ones to replace them lol) Well, we had the faucets caulked to the countertops, and everyhting is working perfectly now. So, I'm out about $250 because I hired these people who could not even install a simple bathroom faucet correctly. Would not use ever again.
