I have used One Tough Heating and Cooling for years. Shawn and his crew provide prompt, efficient, and top quality work. One touch has repaired, replaced, done yearly A/C check on our system for the past 7 or 8 years. Highly recommend them. Most recently I texted him on a Sunday night about what I thought was a leaking condenser. It turned out to be a broken water main. Shawn was gracious enough to do the repair which was very labor intensive and included a trip to Home Depot to get the necessary materials for the repair. This attention to detail and willingness to do what needs to be done is why I will continue to use One Touch.

One Touch provided me with great service! They installed the AC unit 12 years ago. I recently had a problem with it and Shawn responded the same day and resolved it. They are my "go to" for any AC issues.

Shawn was awesome! Very Responsive, showed up on time when scheduled, and took care of our issue 100% within a few hours. Would recommend this guy for all your A/C needs.

So my name is actually Tammy but I called these guys on Thursday morning only to find out that my AC needed a new compressor. It was about 3:30pm when he was done so we ordered the part and Friday morning Shawn showed up with the part and put it on.
After which he discovered the reason the compressor was damaged (another faulty part) which increased my cost.
He went and picked up the part put it in and only charges me for the part’s cost.
Does a great job, friendly, courteous, professional and the best prices in town.
...and I’m not easy to please 😉
