Shawn was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and expedient in providing his AC repair service! I called for an emergency repair, and in an hour, Shawn was at my home starting the AC repair. He was done fixing it in less than 10 mins, and we are beyond happy about the service! AC working wonderfully! Thank you, Shawn, and we will definitely recommend you to our neighbors, family, and friends!

Because who can be their best self in Florida with a dragging AC?? 😆 Jon was my technician. He was young but knew what he was doing; very respectful and nice too. He explained stuff and showed me what he was doing, very good customer service. I’m very pleased. This is my second time using One Touch and both times the person sent out was really helpful and kind.

Great service! Highly recommended! They were professional, punctual, prompt and highly competent. The complex had them assess the situation and they came back the very next day to replace it. They did amazing and fast work, even cleaned up after themselves once the installation was done. Not many would do that type of thing, and it goes to show how this company is a prime example of high quality service, without question. If a family member, friend, or myself ever have an issue in the future with the A/C, I know who to call. Thank You, One Touch!!

After not being able to fix my AC the first night with a temperature of 88 degrees and a 2 year old in the house, they failed to correct the issue the following night because the temperature had dropped to 80 because it had rained that day and it was no longer an "emergency". The man I spoke with (Bill, I believe) was only concerned with making himself not sound incompetent as opposed to actually resolving the issue. THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE COMING OUT OF POCKET!!! I am so pissed that this is the service my leasing agency chose as their go to option, especially when he said there are techs but he doesn't want to send them out because "it's not hot enough".
