Aldi was prompt and did everything he said he would do at a fair price. I absolutely recommend him for any heating/air repairs.

Folks, stop going with the “salesman” all over the internet and go with the company that will give it to you straight. I was quoted about 14k for something that I didn’t even need. Had Aldi come out and I told him what I was looking for and his words were (that’s a waste of money let’s just fix it the way it is supposed to be) 36 hours later all of my zones are working again, taking the portable AC units out and just running the system as it was designed. New switchboard new thermostat and new zoning with bypass for way less than a 1/4 at the “salesman” price. Thanks Aldi and your team you guys are A+.

The best as always came out super early on the holiday and had me running in less than 10 minutes.

My first time relying on Florida Air Flow and am glad I found them. Aldi, the owner, was friendly, hassle free, on time, and in my opinion, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and all at a very fair price.

So I'm a Floridian and I cannot stand the cold. Did that matter to my old HVAC unit in freezing temperatures during the coldest week of the year? No it did not! After some pricey quotes I thought I would have to just freeze, then I was referred to Aldi and his crew and boy did they come through! They tried hard to fix my existing unit but unfortunately it wasnt meant to be so a brand new unit was my only option and they made it affordable and offered same day installation! Florida Air Flow Heating and Air is top notch, I was looking for a new system and search on yelp for HVAC company. I message this company and Aldi responded to my inquiry for fair and reasonable price estimate right away, he went to the house for inspection that afternoon. I had a new system professionaly installed the next day. Aldi and his team are very professional and did a great job. Highly recomended.

I had an excellent experience with Florida Air Flow Heating & Air. The owner, Aldi is wonderful and made the process for servicing my HVAC so easy. He was transparent in his pricing and did a thorough diagnostic of my HVAC.

When he came for the first visit, he bought Joe who was also so knowledgeable and helpful. I was so impressed in Aldi’s and Joe’s experience. They even told me issues my previous HVAC company did. I got my HVAC serviced and a UV bulb installed. I couldn’t be more thrilled.

He arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable and walked me through what he found in a clear and helpful, then gave me recommendations on the next steps without pressure. We had such a great first experience with Florida Air Flow heating & air today. Aldi and one of his associates came by and repaired a thermostat issue that was causing our AC to malfunction and omit hot air instead of cold. They were very professional, courteous, skilled, and above all — honest! It’s very daunting to find a reliable HVAC company as it is but I am glad that I went with these guys. This company will be my go to from now on. I Highly recommend their service.

I worked with Florida Air Flow Heating and Air team members ALDI, Jo and Johnny and Aldi has big team for customer support. I bought a Trane 5 Ton Heat Pump Variable speed and AC is so quiet and working good. They replaced copper lines, water drain lines and all electric wires and AC is looking good now....They moved my AC outside unit from the near the window to side of the wall and ran the copper line from attic. He installed the aluminum cover to hide the copper lines from the wall so the copper line is looking good inside the cover. Great customer service and his full team is one of the best Trane dealers in Jacksonville, FL. They have also have other branded ACs so you can choose your choice of brands. I will work with this team again to buy more ACs for my rental clients. NICE WORK and they have long time experience on AC technology products..
After 4 months, I called Aldi to hide the pipes in the wall. He didn’t charge me for this. I attached the pictures here. Very good customer support..

Had a terrific experience! The owner Aldi, came out to do a regular maintenance service on my a/c unit. He was punctual, respectful, friendly and honest. The service provided was affordable and he suggested future repairs that a/c designs never pointed out in the 4 years of using them. I will recommend Aldi and his company to anyone and continue to use his services for my future a/c needs.

Aldi is very responsive and easy to work with. he answers his phone and texts very promptly. He gave me a quick estimate on replacing my AC compressor that was a lot lower than the other companies I got estimates from. He was very thorough and checked all the possibilities that could have made the compressor go out and also gave me an estimate on a whole new system if any of these other things were bad too.
He tested and everything else was okay, so he went ahead and replaced the compressor very efficiently. I would highly recommend Aldi and his company.

My AC wasn’t functioning well. This company sent someone out quickly who gave me options for repair and replacing. We chose to replace. They were able to come out next day and complete the entire project. Everyone was kind, professional, and answered all questions in a way that I could understand! The price was great!
