Was recommended by a neighbor in community she said they were running a special for $100 deep clean dryer vent clean I told her to have them reach out to me , all communication with company was done via text message. I specifically verified in several text messages that this would be a deep cleaning with the brush from the back of the dryer out through the top of the roof. I was told through several text messages that that is what would be done and that would be $100, technician arrived , I told him the vent had not been cleaned in 2 years he evaluated and showed me a picture and said it would need deep clean , I told him that that’s what I wanted and I confirmed that the price was $100. He stated no that the price is 299. He stated that the $100 price was if you just want it vacuumed out and he did not recommend that because of the amount of lint that was in there. I told him I was very disappointed Because I was very specific in what I wanted done and the price I was willing to pay I told him that I felt this was a clear case of bait and switch. He went out to his car to call his supervisors and came back and told me that they would go ahead and do it for the hundred dollars with the brush as a courtesy because of the confusion, The nice technician that had previously entered my house, had now become a technician with a bad attitude who was very short with his words , he never even turned the dryer on afterwards to make sure it was working , he asked to use my bathroom before he left and he left a huge mess of lint all over my kitchen… I would not recommend because I feel like if I had not stood up for myself and told him he could just pack his things and go ahead and leave that they would’ve somehow convinced some elderly person to pay the 299…. This is unlawful practice And personally disgusting behavior I would not recommend nor ever use them again
