Riley is great! He showed up, explained everything step by step, and was respectful of our property. He wore shoe covers and cleaned up all spills. Had our AC back up and running in minutes. Would definitely recommend him and this company.

Freddie is wonderful! He took great care of us to get our AC back up and running. After 9 months of AC issues he was able to be the first person to find a solution. Great service!

Riley is the best in the business! He was at my house 10 minutes early and approached my door at my appointment time to the minute. I received a link when he was on the way with real time uodates and tracking! He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He was very respectfully and refused to walk on the carpet without his shoe coverings even after I told him not to worry about. He immediately figured out what was wrong with my AC, fixed it, and then gave me some tips to better maintain it. I will definitely request him by name if I ever need AC maintenance or service again.

I was fliped off and almost run off the road by one of your drivers this morning (10/11/23) about 7:00 a.m. going towards I10 from Roosevelt blvd. I would never consider using a company if I have to worry about how their drivers conduct themselves on the road or more accurately if people are going to be injured on their way to a job site. Absolutely embarrassing.

I was nearly sideswiped this afternoon by your driver in Yulee FL for irresponsibly and desperately trying to get around me so he could beat me to the red light just ahead of us. Driver had read hair, potentially facial hair, and a newsboy cap. You should hire people with more patience, more respect for the company vehicles, and much more common sense on the road. I see there’s a similar comment here so this gives your company a horrible reputation.

My leasing company called them to come out. Before they came out. My air would get down to about 75. The day they came , after he left it stopped blowing cold air and now won’t get down below 81 . It is also very early morning and 79 degrees outside.
When the technician was here, he was not professional at all. Please be careful !
