Technician Jomar came to do the 6-month maintenance on my home air conditioner today. I confess I'm very detail-oriented and check the work before, during, and after completion. This technician works with great care, precision, patience, and politeness. He knows how to deal well with customers, even picky ones like me; he answers questions and clarifies any doubts. I recommend technician Jomar and the Waychoff company. Thanks CNA

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Waychoff’s Air Conditioning for the excellent maintenance service on my AC unit!

Technician Benjamin did an outstanding job — he was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect and service the unit, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left.

It’s such a relief knowing my AC is in great shape, especially with the Florida heat! ☀️❄️

If you’re looking for reliable, honest, and top-quality AC service, I highly recommend Waychoff’s — and definitely ask for Benjamin!

Requested maintenance to resolve an issue where our AC was no longer blowing cool air. Christian Sharp was the technician they sent out who explained with clear detail what was going wrong with the unit. We ultimately decided we were better off getting a new unit all together. We immediately scheduled an appointment with services. Tony Kurtis was the service representative that came who laid out all our options with vast amounts of information. We planned on getting more quotes from different companies, but Tony's presentation with different pricing options allowed us to make a firm and easy decision to book with them. We scheduled a next day appointment. The install team, Eddwing Duran, Jared Tittle, and Derrick Mckenzie were professional, efficient, and answered any and all questions we had. Even to the point where during the walk through of what and how the install was going to take place they didn't state a task Tony had mentioned during the service appointment. When I brought it to there attention without hesitation they went ahead and added it to the overall installation. I am impressed with the how everything turned out, the way Christian took time out to explain what was wrong and what it would take to fix it, how comfortable and easy it was to talk to Tony about all our different options, and of course how the installation team Eddwing, Jared, and Derrick left with no mess and a finished AC unit installation where anyone can tell that no shortcuts were taken.

I I called them today because the garage was all wet right in front of the HVAC system which was the same issue. We had a month ago so they looked at everything and they said it wasn’t leaking, but there was a lot of water right in front of the unit and 2 feet away there’s a refrigerator which they said was not getting cold but everything in there was cold especially the freezer the dog food in and frozen stuff was like a brick in there so it’s definitely working so they said there was nothing they could do anyway I said OK can we clean up the water in front of the unit and they said no need to because it’s not leaking. I said well if we mop it up, we’ll definitely know if there gets any more water down on the garage floor. They said that you didn’t have a map, but I had a one of those fancy swiffer mops that you pump it and it flings the water and it works great. Ordinarily I wouldn’t have any problem cleaning it up myself, but I just had major major back surgery five days ago and they cut me left side. They cut me right side they cut me in the middle and these are all 6 inch incisions. They put in a titanium cage with eight nuts and bolts and also a two level fusion so I again said you know if we mop that will be able to tell if there’s any more water it comes down there because there was like a
200 pound metal storage unit in a cardboard box there is no way I can even attempt to move something like that. I’m under strict doctors orders no banding no lifting no twisting but he didn’t seem to care. I mean I look like Frankenstein so they just left and didn’t even attempt to move that box and use the map. I had to get my 14 year-old daughter to do it I mean, if I would’ve attempted it I probably would’ve messed up my back and I’m really trying my hardest to not mess up this latest surgery anyway I just thought that was pretty sad that they wouldn’t do that for me. I mean, I’ve a good customer. I bought two maybe three units. I’m a Long standing customer and I wonder strict doctors order is not the lift more than 5 pounds. So needless to say I was pretty disappointed in their customer care. I don’t know if I’ll continue to use them course. I’m probably gonna be dead in a few years anyway so I just thought I’d voice my feelings because I was in the customer care business for over 40 years and we would never treat someone like that.

    Going South!
I was happy with Waykhoff service up to now.
First of all, their AC maintenance price almost doubled from April to December 2025, and they did not bother to say anything when I took the appointment.
Then, their technician did not bother to send his AC report and invoice.
I'm not sure I'll be willing to work with them again.

Nightmare of a journey I have had with my 12k investment. Sales team was very friendly and attentive and the staff was very nice however, they have been back almost 10 times to complete a job that should have been completed in one day. My unit was installed in September, since then, the fan broke, inspection failed due to incorrect wiring ,damaged walls and several repeated visits to attempt to fix the same issue.

I verified before they sent out a technician that the diagnostic fee would be $89. After troubleshooting the system, I was told the repair would cost $650 for labor. Considering the repair took only about 30 minutes, I declined the service and thanked them for the troubleshooting.
I then contacted another local HVAC company, which completed the repair for less than half the cost.
Afterward, they billed me $200 for the diagnostic fee—more than twice the amount I was originally quoted. They also called the following day stating that I needed to pay the fee before they would pick up the part to fix my AC unit, despite the fact that I had already informed them I no longer required their services.
I did not pay the $200 charge. However, they somehow obtained my wife’s contact information and called her at work in an attempt to collect payment.
When I called again to dispute the charge, I was told that the diagnostic fee was $89. I asked why I was being charged $200 and requested to speak with a manager. I was told that no manager was available and that someone from accounting would contact me later.

Waychoff replaced my unit in 2020 and it has routinely had issues since the 2yr warranty period ended. I called them about a year ago and was strong armed into getting a 2 service package that expired shortly after even though I only needed the one visit. Now it’s randomly shutting down more frequently and is looking like a wiring issue, possibly in the panel. Will never use Waychoff again. They were bought out years ago and can no longer be trusted for quality work or fair pricing.
