Outstanding service and professional personnel on the job from the initial troubleshooting to find the problem with my unit. The part was ordered and replaced the next day. I even called them with a follow up issue and they returned and figured out that the unit was just fine. Best suprise was there wasn’t any charge for the follow up check. Great crew professional and courteous. Military owned company. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻. Thank you for taking care of my hvac.

I love Willman Air and fully recommend them. When I needed a new HVAC unit, William Air gave me a few different options at different price points. Their prices were much better than 2 other companies I received quotes from. They provided me a quote on Friday and was able to install the next day. Installation was done promptly with the technician keeping me updated throughout the process. They were able to answer all my questions and presented me with different options and advice when needed. Six months later I had an issue with the unit. I called William Air in the morning and a technician came out that afternoon and promptly resolved the issue. I’m a technology professional who demands great customer service. William Air excels in customer care and service!!

Not only were they professional, but I loved the way they educated me of what was wrong, what they were fixing, and how I could continue home maintenance to prevent future problems. Their customer service was PHENOMENAL, and I highly recommend them!

I called Willman Air after A/C Design came out and offered to try and fix my A/C for double the cost. So Shawn came out and diagnosed the problem within half hour and came out the next morning with the evaporator coils which they had in stock. He had it operational and cooling in 1 hour and 45 minutes. I was extremely impressed with the quick response and the knowledgeable experience Shawn portrayed. Great job and very happy with the results. Thank you .

Super happy. My unit is older than dirt and the fan wouldn't stop running without hitting the breaker, so I was terrified that I was gonna hear that my unit was so old the neccessary part was no longer available. Brendan came out and had it diagnosed within half and hour. They were able to find the part and Roxie was able to send Sean back out to me the same day to repair it. He was in an out in like10-15 minutes. Highly recommend.

Had a new AC installed and Willman Air is the absolute best! The owner Jacob was a pleasure to deal with! Conner and his install crew are so professional and knowledgeable. They generally just take pride in their work and it certainly shows. Prices are competitive and the excellent customer service was priceless. They are definitely our new AC guys and I absolutely recommend them.

This 5 star review is for Willman's super informative video on YouTube about how to clean out a clogged drain line! You guys are amazing and my family so appreciates you posting very clear instructions online. We live in NC and have had a few HVAC groups out. No one has ever diagnosed a clogged drain line despite mildew growth on an interior ceiling (just below hvac unit) and worsening mildew on the outside of the hvac unit, and white stuff coming out the main drain line. I dont know anything about hvacs but I sucked out a bucket of nastiness today thanks to your video, and wanted to express my sincere appreciation for your video and obvious dedication to customer education. Thank you so much!!

I can't say enough good things about this local, family owned company!
We've had so much trouble with our a/c unit ever since it was installed a few years ago. I finally gave up on the original installers, and called Willman Air.
They were responsive, prompt, and stayed in touch with great communication. There were several problems that they diagnosed over a period of a few visits, every one because the unit hadn't been set up properly from the get-go. No extra charges for the repeat visits, either.
Now our 5-ton Trane and air handler are working perfectly for the first time in 10 years! We're so happy!

These guys were great! Jacob Willman is a family man, owns the business, has his name on the trucks and takes great pride in providing quality service at a reasonable price! In 25 years of corporate project experience Jacob and his associate Patrick are one of the best work teams I have seen! They replaced my HVAC unit, outside and inside air handler. The original installation was tight and confined to begin with but the extended granite counter top complicated matters greatly! These are highly skilled individuals with military experience- plumber, electrician, welder, and mechanic all in one! Great team coordination inside and outside made for a great installation in less than the quoted time! No prior relationship with or knowledge of Willman Air before my unit died. I selected them after interviewing and getting on-site estimates from 3 other vendors! I definitely went with the best! Nice and cool now and the fan is much quieter than the old one! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Willman Air! Thank you Jacob and Patrick!

I was thinking of repairing the a/c myself, watched a youtube to figure it out. The best video was from Willman Air. The tech on the video was very thorough and described my problem very accurately. A bit more involved than I could do myself and required a good vacuum so I decided to give them a call. Same day service, worth the price, everything running great through the worst heat of July and August.

I really appreciate the thorough explanations and honest pricing. We will call them for any future work!
