Our air went out and we had a maintenance agreement with another company that "guaranteed same day service" but they weren't able to schedule a service appointment for 3 days. Called Willman Monday afternoon and they were out first thing Tuesday morning. Brenden had us up and running in less than 15 minutes. Definitely would recommend them.

Great work! Fair prices. Came out fast gave me a lot of options for repair and/or replacement. Had a whole team come out for the job and they all worked super hard. Spent plenty of time after to answer all of my questions.

Jacob was highly recommended from a family member and I’m so happy I decided to go with his company. I had 2 air condition units replaced and was thoroughly impressed from the start with his technician Brandon, who was meticulous in checking the systems and providing options in solving the problem. Since my units were old, I decided to replace both units. Jacob provided 3 pricing options to accommodate my budget and needs. Upon installation, Connor and his team did a phenomenal job, very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They were thorough, respectful and neat. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them in the future.

Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable with the process, and was able to work around my schedule to install a new system in about 5 hours.

I used them because of their 5.0 rating and I will say they lived up to that. They took my call, ask about my problem and scheduled me an appointment and not once did they mention anything about money like other services normally do. The technician Showed up on time and took care of the problem immediately. They were very affordable. I would definitely be using them for all my AC and heating needs.

I can’t say enough about Willman Air! It’s hard to find a repair service that is honest and not trying to rip you off but they really go above and beyond for their customers! Air went out the night before. I called the next morning and the owner himself came to service my unit because his techs got busy. What we expected to be a quick call ended up being a little more detailed but he had no issues doing it. Every step was explained and I was given tips on maintaining my unit. Price was extremely reasonable and service was impeccable. Definitely recommend this veteran owned business!!!

A Floridians worst nightmare. Our outdated AC system died on a Wednesday night! I had seen the Willman work truck on my block at different neighbors houses over the years and knew that’s who I wanted to call. I reached out and a very professional service tech named Brendon was at my house before lunch that same day. He verified the nightmare of a dead system and set up an appointment with the owner, Jacob and myself for that afternoon. Jacob was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Hard decision to replace the system was made and Jacob had a quote to me that same evening. SOLD! Great system offered at a super competitive and reasonable price!!! The install was scheduled for today, Friday and the two gentlemen, and I do mean gentlemen that showed up were amazing. Brendon and Hector were exactly what any person could hope for in this situation. Super friendly, polite, professional and very skillful!! New system installed and the threat of heat exposure removed from our lives!! As a life long Floridian, I would not have survived a night without AC in May! Thank goodness for Willman Air!!!!!! Jacob, Brendon and Hector were stellar and I give them all TEN stars on a five star system!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Not only are they extremely professional and timely, they are also just super nice people. My AC went out in the heat of the summer and they were at my house to help fix it within 1 hour of calling on a Saturday afternoon! They not only fixed the problem, but their prices are also very reasonable. The only way I will ever use another company is if they retire!

Brendan came to my home to fix a clog in my A.C drain line. Brenden was polite, professional and arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. He was extremely knowledgeable of how to fix the clog and even educated me and clearly explained the problem and solution. The entire experience of dealing with an Amazing A.C company like WIllman Air makes me feel confident in recommending them to family, friends and neighbors. I look forward to using them in the future whenever I have heating or cooling issues with my A.C. They truly were above and beyond and I feel anyone who hires them will receive good value for the cost of service.

5 STARS! I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Willman air exceeded my expectations. I was having a challenge with the service of another AC Company and went to Willman Air instead. They serviced/repaired my units and provided photos and a report to me! I have found my dream AC Company and now have such peace of mind. Thank you Willman Air!

I would like to extend my sincere recommendation for Willman Air Heating and Air Conditioning due to their outstanding customer service in assisting our 98-year-old neighbor. During a recent heatwave, her air conditioning unit failed, resulting in her experiencing temperatures of 95 degrees inside her residence.
Initially, we contacted the secondary HVAC service provider that had been servicing her unit for years; however, due to missed calls, communication was lost. A technician from that company determined that the compressor was malfunctioning and recommended either repair or replacement of the unit, with an high cost and a timeline of several days for installation.
After further consideration, my husband, Marvin reached out to Willman Air who serviced our AC a few weeks prior. A technician responded promptly and diagnosed the same issue. Upon learning about Ms. Joan's situation, the technician contacted his supervisor, who fortunately was Jacob, the owner of Willman Air. Mr. Jacob informed us that he might have a compatible part in stock to address the problem and arranged to provide Ms. Joan with a temporary cooling system while the necessary repairs were prepared.
Although Mr. Jacob and his team had not previously met Ms. Joan, they personally came to assess her situation and assured her that they would replace her entire unit at no cost, emphasizing that it was the right thing to do. He expressed that helping those in need aligns with their values and that their role extends beyond just business, reflecting a commitment to community and compassion.
Given their extraordinary willingness to assist an elderly resident in need—covering all costs for the new unit—I highly recommend them for my AC needs. Their actions exemplify integrity, kindness, and community spirit, and it is important to recognize such exemplary service.

Tech arrived early and did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Willman Air.

Willman Air provided me with quick on-site estimates on a Saturday morning to either repair or replace one of my failing 5-ton Trane heat pump - a/c units. I was given multiple machine options to consider from which I selected one which met my performance and price criteria and they had it installed by Thursday of the following week. Willman personnel were knowledgeable, competent, informative, and cleaned up well after the install. They were task & customer focused ... not upsell at all, and provided instruction on thermostat setup & use via Internet which was helpful. I will definitely consider them to care for this & my other units going forward and highly recommend them to others. They were truly responsive and very fair in their pricing!

These guys are the real deal! I had seven ac companies come give me a quote. I wanted to be sure because getting a ac unit is expensive. I had alot of top name companies come through my way. But, it was the same lines out of the same storybook. I thought I was done until I saw Willman Air website. Something said reach out. Upon doing so, Jacob was very informative and tries to answer questions whenever he has a chance to. Jacob and his crew gave me several options. The best part was it was affordable and convenient for my families needs. I watched these guys spend 8 1/2 hours in grueling heat making sure all t's were crossed. Just truly professional and remarkable 👌🏾. I have a 4 system household and all my units will be changed with them. They stand by their work and now I stand with them as proof. I recently purchased a home, and unfortunately, the AC stopped working the very day I closed. I found out that the unit had been serviced shortly before I bought the property, so I reached out to Willman Air, the owner Jacob was quickly contacted. He returned my call within minutes and had a technician at my house within 30 minutes.

Jacob was incredibly apologetic and took full responsibility, even though the issue occurred after the sale. He made me a priority and I truly appreciated how prompt, professional, and responsive he was. It’s rare to see a business owner who cares that much about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Jacob and his team!

Willman Air has been a great company to work with. They were very conscientious in finding the problem with our a/c and getting it back up and running. They are upfront about the problem and don’t pressure you to make repairs that are not needed. Honesty and integrity bring us back to this company for assistance.

These guys are absolutely the best. Thorough, reasonably priced, and professional. They even take photos of various parts of each unit (inside and outside) and review them with you when they’re finished with service, explaining what each part does, how it looks now, and potential points of failure in the future. Overall a great experience with these guys!

Failure of ground floor HVAC system. Placed a Service call @ 11 AM. Technician (Nick) on site at 1:30PM. Problem identified and fixed quickly. Service from Willman Air is always exceptional and reasonably priced. Nick was great and very courteous.
