Our project started well and the plants were beautiful. Their crew was not on time and communication was poor, but when they were here they worked hard and the plants are lovely. I could live with that and this would have been a 4 star review. It all fell apart with the installation of drip irrigation to water the plants, rocks and weed guard. Second week after drip installed, I woke up to a leak in the piping and water spewing out everywhere and hitting side of my house. I called, texted and could not get them out here until today. They would not take responsibility for the leak and wanted to charge me MORE money. So, I will be forced to call someone else to fix it as I don't trust them anymore. Sad, but this is my review.

Would have been a 1 star but the guys who did the patio pavers were very good. We are hopeful it all holds up based on other reviews we've read. Jacqui and Patti do ALOT of work in tje neighborhood, but once you've received a quote, communication. Is poor. The biggest negative was the outdoor garbage surround they built. At first glance it looked good, but then we noticed no pressure treated wood was used. When we called to mention this we were told it was pressure treated. It was not, amd very easy to tell. But rather than be skeptical we took a trip to Home Depot and sure enough the wood that they used was not pressure treated. Patti stated we have an issue because Home Depot told them it was pressure treated. I told her that is their issue with HD, not ours. Amd realistically, there is no way HD made that error. We believe they were trying to save a few bucks. Fast forward and they finally agree, reluctantly, to replace the wood with pressure treated. I called Jacqui after texted without a reply, to know what time they would be here, went directly to VM, twice. So I *67 my number this time and got through. I believe she blocked me. They did come over and replace some, but not all of the wood. I guess we will have to finish it on our own. My advice if you use them, get every detail in writing, don't take either of them at their word document every thing. I have "receipts" if you'd like to see them. The photo is what they said was pressure treated.

I had pavers and a paver wall installed by the Allscape team. They worked hard, and fast to complete the job very timely. They were precise & I am very pleased with the results. I do recommend that you get your quote in writing. The final invoice was higher than quoted & I had to have them adjust it accordingly after showing the quote from Jacqui. They also hauled off a small tree for me at no charge.

Responsiveness and communication are top notch. Pricing is up front and scheduling is easy. Our yard was in ROUGH shape. Our lawn guy quit abruptly which led us to this point. American Lawn got in there and tidied up everything and left us in great shape! They stayed in contact with me the entire time and let me know their suggestions which I greatly appreciate. Overall I'm satisfied with the work.

This lawn service will not follow any traffic laws and will not hesitate to hit vehicles on the way to their clients. Really not fun slamming on the brakes when their service vehicle jumps lanes so they don't have to stop for a school bus. On the other hand Kia Souls have good brakes. Please hide children from workers, unless you want them flattened.

Robert was great from the first email to the completion of the project. I needed sod replaced, sprinkler repair, mulch, and my landscaping cleaned up. I was at my wits end trying to do this myself.
