Clearwater just installed a huge French drain project in my backyard. They were amazing and the quality service was amazing. Derrick and Mike were over and above with their work and professionalism. I would hire them again. Can’t say enough about their work!!

The Clearwater Irrigation crew completed new drainage and irrigation at our home following a major home renovation and pool install. The crew was efficient and professional. The quality of work was outstanding and they cleaned up the job site at completion of the project. Their prices maybe a bit higher than others, but as in life, you get what you pay for. This was the second project (previous home) Clearwater has done for us and we would highly recommend their services.

great experience from start to finish! Jon and his team were great to work with, completely professional and did a great job. I had an issue on my side yard with standing water in different sections. Jon walked the property with me, listened to my explanation of the different areas and recommended a drainage solution that solved the issue. I thought about adding some additional drainage and Jon recommended i didn't need it and he was right! I had four different companies come out to quote this project and Jon was the only one who truly listened and solved my issue.

This is definitely a company you want to use. They had a long wait time for someone to come out and give an estimate, but I will tell you it was well worth the wait. I received an estimate for drainage issues between myself and my neighbors house. They came in much lower and reasonable then 2 other companies by over $1,000 for installing french drains to mitigate severe drainage issue.

The day of the project the crew arrived as scheduled and on time. The job was completed exactly as quoted and crew was fast and professional. They even cleaned up after to my surprise. But here is where they really impressed me. They had to dig up part of the neighbors yard since our houses are so close together. When my neighbor came home and saw part of his side of the property dug up he was not to happy about his missing grass. Well we contacted the company and they came out the next day and laid new sod on neighbors yard free of no charge. Talk about integrity. I would recommend this company over all others. I promise you will get the best service, better than I have seen from a lot of companies.

I am glad I chose Clearwater to solve my drainage problems on one side of my house. From the first call with April to set the appointment, to the quote process with John, it was great. The crew was right on time, did excellent work, and were friendly and informative. From start to finish, it was a good experience and I would choose them again.

Clear Water Irrigation did a wonderful job on my new sprinkler system. Not only was the work timely, neat, and professional, Jon went above and beyond to work with the city to get improve my water pressure! the water pressure was a huge impact on not just the sprinkler system, but my everyday life. The foremen, Galen, was professional and so helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Don’t get to say great service and fair price much these days. That was our experience with John and the team on our sprinkler system refresh. In fact, my wife and I decided it was a good opportunity to ask for a quote on a French Drain we have been contemplating for two years. Again, very reasonable quote followed by even more skilled, polite people who left the property in great shape. John actually loves talking about what they do and he stays personally involved throughout. Pretty impressive business.

I can’t speak highly enough about Clear Water. They have always provided top quality service for my irrigation system and gave me an excellent recommendation when I needed to have my well replaced. To me that speaks volumes about the quality and reliability of this business by not only providing the best but recommending and using the best for jobs that they can’t do but want to do ensure that the work done is on par with theirs. Called to get an estimate and was told the first availability was a month and a half away. OK that tells me they’re either understaffed or just highly rated and busy with all of their clients.
I asked if I could get put on a list to try and get bumped up To a to an earlier spot. The Office Staff was short on the phone and said that they only bump up clients that are on the books. In trying to ask, follow up questions to see how their process was she was extremely short and rude. This old gal had some sort of chip on her shoulder.
Yes, I hung up on her when Decided to patronize me with “Sir.. bla bla bla”.
Come on lady… you’re literally the first interaction with the company. Even if it’s not gonna work out with that client try and have a little bit of respect for somebody calling in to try and schedule an appointment.

Jon and the team did a great job with our french drain project. Wrapped it up in 2 days which was on schedule and turned out just as we expected. Since the drainage job completed, we've had our first heavy rain and glad to see all of the water from the gutters, sump pump along with the ground water was making its way out to the street - just what I was wanting to happen. Team cleans up well after the job and even spread excess dirt around the yard to keep from having to haul away at an extra charge.

Highly recommend - I've used them several times over the years and will be one I refer to others.

Great customer service. I’ve had several companies work on my irrigation system in the past from the Jacksonville area but Clear Water has been the best experience. Clear water came out well ahead of schedule to relocate irrigation boxes so I could install pavers in my back yard. The owner proposed several options in which I could move my irrigation boxes from the backyard to the front. Price was within budget. The owner was present while the crew worked and ensured timely finish. The crew cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. There was a small leak on a sprinkler head that I found the day after but the owner immediately sent the crew out to fix the leaking sprinkler head. 10/10 recommend.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this company and the Clear Water family! Not only did they do a fantastic job with the initial irrigation, drain and gutter install, but they are there for you when you need them. I had a water emergency and John took my phone call after hours while on vacation and didn’t get off the phone till everything was ok. And as soon as John was back, he was on-site in person. Professional, caring, incredibly knowledgeable, high quality services, and good people. Thank you for everything Clear Water Irrigation!!

Great installation. These guys came back and adjusted twice to match my new landscaping. John is awesome. Price is great too. Clearwater will forever be my irrigation service.

I used Clear Water in 2023 for a french drain, it worked great! Called them again in 2024 to have all my gutter drains directed to the city storm water drain. Top notch crew, experienced and polite.
Additionally, I had them update my existing irrigation system to move a few zones and add additional zones. That team was in and out before I could finish my lunch!
I also had the gutter team add the "finishing touches" to a new patio, by adding splash guards.
The Clear Water team really can do it all, they bring experience and advice and work with you to build the solutions that you WANT not just what they like.
If I ever need drainage, irrigation or gutters, I'm calling Clear Water.

I used John and his crew at Clearwater Irrigation and Drainage for gutters, drain work, and irrigation. I couldn’t be more pleased and will definitely use them again if needed. They set me up with the most up to date technology for the irrigation system and made sure everything was perfect before signing off on the job. Pricing was straightforward and I didn’t feel as if I was just another job. I high recommend them for any irrigation, gutter, or drainage needs.

We are currently building a home in north Florida and began to experience a great deal of erosion once the wet season started. We contacted Clear Water Seamless Gutters and they designed a gutter and underground drainage system that works perfectly! Now instead of erosion and puddles of water in our yard, everything drains flawlessly underground to our pond.

Every employee at Clear Water was friendly and professional. The job was completed in a timely manner and we will definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

Very professional and awesome company and (commercial)! We had downspout drainage installed and some sprinkler heads switched out/installed. Jon was very flexible and patient to a last minute change to the plan. Mike and his team were very efficient and thorough and the site was cleaned up when completed. Highly recommended!

Jon, April and the installation team were phenomenal. I would give them 10-stars if I could. They installed a 3-zone irrigation system for me. The care and detail they displayed is not something you normally see here in Jacksonville. Their existing ratings tell a story and they lived up to them and then some. I absolutely recommend them!
