Showed up 10 mins after the 1 hour window (first appt of the day between 8-9 am) and took 2.5 hrs to do a 1 hr job of getting a piece of plastic out of the toilet. Don’t care about the time except they charge per hour and you could tell he was milking it

Good prompt service. Guy that came out didnt try to sell us a water softener or filtration system. Just did his job and kept it moving.
