Plumber came promptly and fixed our garbage disposal in about 5 minutes.
However $185.00 for a few minutes work does seem excessive, even if it is a minimum call out charge. -

I backed over my kitchen clean out pipe with the mower late yesterday evening. Called this morning and they had someone out by 2pm. All fixed and cleaned up the area nice and neat.
I mow myself instead of hiring to save money. Well, I'm in the red on savings but Rolland Reash saved my septic system!
Tech was an awesome fella too. -

Abraham and Paul from Rolland Plumbing were absolutely fantastic. They were kind, respectful, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire visit. What stood out most was how thoughtful they were toward our family and children — moving carefully through our space, speaking gently, and making sure not to disrupt our routine more than necessary.
They respected our time, worked efficiently, and explained everything clearly. It’s rare to find service professionals who care not just about doing the job well, but about how they make people feel in their own homes — and Abraham and Paul did exactly that.
I truly appreciate their professionalism and compassion, and I highly recommend Rolland Plumbing if you want great service with a personal, respectful touch.
