Collin and Austin did a great job! I have had an ongoing issue with my drains and they used a camera and suggested a more permanent treatment. I'll definitely look into it in the future.

Jarrett was awesome! Got the job done with great explanations and was not rushed. Addressed concerns that could come up in the future and explained solutions that would make sense for our plans with the house, but never felt pushy at all. Great service! Will be coming back in the future!

Excellent job by a fantastic plumbing company. Justin G was kind professional plumber advisor. Explained our entire estimate line item by line item. He was great. From my contact this morning with Alex B at 7:15 a crew was routed to our home and completed today at 2:30
This is the second time I’ve hired Totally Hooked I guess we’re totally hooked on excellent service great family owned Jacksonville firm !! Call today !!We had 2 outside spigots replaced, cleaned out our 3 sink drains (very slow draining), rebuilt our drain plugs and provided estimate to remove and replace the plumbing when our new sink arrives
