Called A1 Action for our LG refrigerator with the dead compressor. Bodin couldn't help us (still under warranty) but was kind enough to advise us on how to file the claim with LG, gave us LG's number, and overall was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Service given without compensation is a rarity these days, but this outfit came through for us. I'd call them for actual service/repair any day!

This morning I received amazing service from Bo and Kim when they came out to my house to repair my washing machine. Bo and Kim showed up on time and were extremely professional. They didn't try to oversell me on the repair and were able to advise me on the options that would best benefit me financially. I appreciate the honorable service that Bo provided me today, as well as his many years in the military. I commend his apprentice Kim on her choice to pursue this new path, and for doing it well from the get go. This team is a great representation of the company and I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs them!

Bobby was able to schedule me next day. He arrived on time, was very professional, and kind. He identified several problems very quickly. He was very honest and told me that I would be better off spending the money on a new machine instead of on repairs. He even gave me a recommendation for replacement washing machine that would last me longer. I will definitely call him again for any future appliance repair needs.

This man Bobby is a scammer!! He fixed my frige I paid him. Then my washer was not working right, I called him,all he did was cause me grief. He didn't know what was wrong, After two weeks of lies I wanted a refund of the $100.00 I paid him. I called another shop they knew what was wrong After checking it out.I had to pay them $77.00.He keeps on lying even sent me a text of the money order for $100.00 he said he sent me of course he lied. Now I'm getting a hold of Anthony @first coast news.I emailed the BBB and told them. Please don't let this "person " do the same to you. Next it will be small claims court.

Bobby is the best. I used him for an issue with my microwave several months back and he gave me his honest opinion without charge. Flash forward to my refrigerator stopped working at the end of June and he was the only man I could trust to call. He came out quickly, ordered the part and kept my wife and I in the loop for delivery and installation. After a delay with shipping he came to my home before 830am on the 4th of July to make the repair. Saved me 1000s on a new fridge and went above and beyond to help us on an extremely hot holiday! If you want an honest appliance repairman with great value, look no further. Call them first!!!

It’s never a good time for the freezer to die, but when ours suddenly stopped working midday on a Saturday, A1 Action responded almost immediately to my message and gave us an appointment Sunday morning. Bobby was polite, professional, punctual and offered outstanding communication throughout the process, texting Sunday morning to let us know he’d be arriving in about 30 minutes. He quickly assessed and diagnosed the issue and made the repair at a very reasonable cost. Would 100% recommend and will definitely call on them again next time a major appliance decides to go on strike.

This really pains me to say, because I thought I had found an honest repair company. Unfortunately Bobby is anything but that. He will diagnose your appliance problem without even looking at it. Then charge you assuming he’s correct, but he won’t be. I have a washer, dryer and refrigerator still not fixed. Don’t be fooled by his seemingly calm and kind personality. None of it is true.
Today I had the drain pump replaced (by another company) that I was told (by A1) and charged for on 9/13/22 that it was replaced. Today he showed me the one that was in it and said it was the original one from 2016, when the dryer was bought!

Unfortunately both of my broken refrigerators are still broken after several (4-5) visits to repair them. One refrigerator is only 3 years old. Work is quick, with shortcut repairs and for me cost over $700 to fix both. After 4 months of the 3 year old refrigerator breaking down over and over again, I was given a full refund. The second older refrigerator is still broken and I was refused a refund due to the warranty time frame expiring. Beware! Thought with all these amazing reviews I was in good hands. Nope. I’ll also add that Bobby didn’t show several times when he said he’d be here. Happy to add the text message string below for proof.

Bobby is very knowledgable and provides information in a way that you can easily understand. The response time was very quick with excellent communication. We will definitely use A1Action in the future if needed again, and HIGHLY recommend for anyone who needs this service. Additionally, it has really been tough to find someone who is honest, proficient and skilled at what they do. Bobby at A1 is such a grat and kind person.

Our front load washer stopped draining. I called A1 Action Refrigeration & Appliances, based upon their reviews, and left a message. Bobby called back a little while later and said he could come by that morning. Bobby arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional and based upon my description of the problem, told me what needed to be replaced and what it would cost. I was pleased with the repair, the washer is working and I felt the cost was reasonable. If needed, I would call them again and will recommend to family and friends.

Bobbie was amazing! He was super responsive; texting back-and-forth about the issue I was having, and when he could come. He was able to come out the same day that I called which I was very grateful for. He was kind and professional, and solved the problem in less than one hour. I will definitely be keeping his business card handy for other issues we may have in the future with our other appliances. I am very impressed with A1Appliance.

I just wanted to express my appreciation for this company! Bobby was very quick to get out to us and knew exactly what the problem was with my leaky fridge! He wasted no time in fixing it! Bobby had great communication with us every step of the way ! We will be using them again if needed! They do all kinds of appliance repairs also, so now I have his card hanging on my fridge! Came out and diagnosed two appliances. One was unrepairable, one was. Diag fee was deducted from the repair price. They came to replace the part and needed another. They covered the extra part. Communication is great. Texted back and forth. Very easy to get my dishwasher working again.

Hired A1 action to look at our freezer. He came out and barely looked at our refrigerator. He pulled the fridge out slightly, removed some ice and reset the fridge alarm. He stated we needed a new water valve inlet. Came back a few days later slightly pulled the fridge out and left very quickly not even 10 min, first red flag. A week a half later the freezer stopped. He came back and said the part he put in was faulty. He was not here 10 min and left very quickly. Which we thought was strange second red flag. Since then we’ve gotten a lot of excuses and he has yet to return with this “part”. Our freezer is still not working.
He literally came to our house pretended to work on it and would leave quickly. All he did was turn the water valve off, removed some ice, and reset the alarm. We looked up on YouTube how to change a water valve inlet and there is more labor involved by removing the back panel etc. he did none of this. We never actually saw a new part in his hands.
This is the worst experience ever and worst SCAM company. We would never recommend this company. We believe we should get a full refund of the $310.00 of our HARD EARNED money.
We have already contacted the BBB,City News Channels and the bank. Our advice please take the time to look at ALL the reviews the ones with 0 stars are worth reading before hiring. Some companies will ask for a review so you can get a discount. DON’T DO IT!!

Bobby has been over twice in three years to fix my GE fridge by replacing the circuit board (after 10 years so lasted some time) and most recently, to repair the icemaker—something a highly rated competitor wasn't able to do.
Bobby's professionalism and courtesy are both 💯. Very communicative as well. He also provided some great insight on the most low and high maintenance brands and why for my own edification. Highly recommend for any appliance needs!
