Had these guys trim two palms in our front yard. They were great! Quick work, reasonable price, and thorough cleanup. End result are much better looking palms. We will be calling on them again in the future!

They respond to texts (when they aren’t on a job in trees), are polite, respectful, and hard working. Also, their pricing is very competitive. If you need tree work, I’d consider using these guys.

We were very pleased with the job Scott Kauffman did on our palm trees. We have a big Sylvestris palm that had grown to the point we couldn't get up in it to trim the dead fronds and seed pods. We also thought there might be some damage in the crown by what was falling out of the tree. We called Scott on Monday morning, sent him pictures, he gave us an estimate, and he was here Thursday afternoon to do the job. We were extremely happy with the results. We thought his price was reasonable. He and his son cleaned up all the mess and hauled it away. He also treated the palm for disease and insects. We have a couple Roebelenii palms in the back and he checked them for disease and trimmed them up. There are tree trimmers galore in Jax, but we couldn't find one that would work on a palm tree. We will definitely be calling Scott again!

Big Daddy’s Palms was in my neighborhood a few days ago. He notices parts of a fallen tree in our waterway and asks one of the residents if he’d like the tree pulled out. The neighbors are so thankful!! They pulled the tree completely out and even took a chainsaw to some of it. A truly great company that supports communities!
