They were great!! They texted a lot to keep me posted. Grabbed everything quickly. My daughter was all over them to help and they were great with her.

Unfortunately, UpLoad pushed the pickup back 2 times moving it from Friday to Saturday and then to Sunday. I think the labor (loaders) are subcontracted and our loader was wonderful but from a scheduling/logistics level the ball was dropped.

I was able to get a same day pick up for my mattress. Loader communicated effectively and was very friendly. Such a seamless process!

Needed a large couch removed. They were excellent communicators, timely, professional and competitive. We recommend and will use them again!

Needed garden soil and yard debris hauled away. With back pain, I couldn’t do the heavy lifting, so Load Up was the perfect junk removal service. A bit pricier than expected but worth it — punctual, professional, and easy to work with. I’d use them again for junk hauling or disposal anytime!

Then I called LoadUp—got a quote right away, they sent the contract, and the next day the mattresses were gone. Super fast, fair price, and really nice customer service. I’d totally recommend them to my clients, friends, and family.

I contacted LoadUp on line Tuesday or Wednesday and asked for 2 pieces of heavy gym equipment to be picked up. They arranged for pickup that Friday. The loaders arrive on time, we’re professional, nice and very quick. So convenient when you can’t get rid of it yourself! I would highly recommend them.

With the way things are with a lot of businesses today I appreciated them being proactive and letting me know ahead of time. Once they arrived they were able to handle the job easily.
