Ian came to my house, inspected my leak issues and promptly sent me a written quote via e mail. He was ready to come out in a couple of days to do the job while others were out at least a week or two. His crew showed up in the morning and went right to work. There were 2 leaking off-peak vents and a bad corner leak that needed some wood rot repaired. The guys had it knocked by mid afternoon all for a very reasonable price. Ian took the time to explain the method of repair and why he did it the way he did it. I would call them again.
