Great work by the entire team. Jay helped get everything sorted for a Tesla wall charger install and Tyler and Macon did quality work and were highly professional. 10/10 would recommend and hire again! Great pricing compared to competitors for a superb job.

Was having issues with my Solar and the company I got them with went out of business. Oliver from A1A was of great help in getting me transferred over to A1A and helping me with my panels, and now am good to go.

Number one I was told I would basically have no monthly electric payment but that’s a lie. It’s about $150-$200 plus the solar panel bill. So I’m probably spending almost double of what I used to. Then I had to have my roof replaced, age was a factor but their faulty panel mounts were the cause of quite a few of the problems. The first 2 technicians that came here said they would remove the panels and reinstall them after the roof was replaced and clean them free of charge. NOPE!!! They sent me an invoice for over $7000 and were deducting $1000. Woohoo! After a lot of wasted conversations with the guy I was dealing with I paid the amount and they reinstalled them and did a crapy job of cleaning them and won’t come out and finish the job.
If you’re planning on getting solar panels, please do your research and DON’T use A1A!

I cannot say enough about my good experience with A1A Solar and especially for the efforts of Jay. What I thought would be a nightmare turned out to be a walk in the park from my perspective. Thank you so very much for all you did for us in a time of need. We really do appreciate it!

Our power wall had a fault in it. Oliver not only got the repair done quickly, but he got us an upgrade (due to the PowerWall2 was no longer being made) and had it completed through the warranty. All done with in1 month.

We waited the month of August to get permits to add solar. Jkari, Yancy, Nate and Carlos showed up early on a Friday to install the 24 panels on our metal roof. They knew exactly what they were doing and very neat about the process. No one was spending time looking at their phones. They just got the job done professionally.
While two guys worked on the panels, two worked on the Tesla battery set-up. They returned on Saturday morning to place the final 6 panels on the roof and will return on Monday to finish the electric. We highly recommend this crew.

I was pleased with the service from A1A Solar. Moises kept me informed and answered my questions. The service technicians were excellent, working on the roof on a very windy day. The also answered questions.

Jay and Jenny did an awesome job troubleshooting and guiding me through the reconnection process of my equipment. Ensuring that I get the full benefit of the system and to address any warranty covered equipment that may need replacing.

Diligently covering all bases and aspects of solar, back up battery and future equipment. I am looking forward to my Stage 2 Charging station install. This will be the third item that I would have purchased and installed by A1A Solar through the last 6 years.

Very pleased with the monitoring of my solar system. Jerome informed me of a problem . I received estimate of fix cost and the work was scheduled expeditiously.
The team that installed the new inverter came in the A1A solar truck . So I knew who they were. They arrived within the slotted time and finished within an hour.

Oliver was great at explaining the monitoring process and what next steps would be, if they are needed. He also gave me warranty information as well. Very glad that A1A has my service now.

I was notified today by Jerome from A1A Solar that there was an issue with my system, it had not reported for a couple of days. After some research we discovered that my WiFi extender hat quit functioning. I was able to replace it and after checking the system he advised me that everything was working properly. Thank you for being patient and knowledgeable.

I have had my system with A1A solar for nine years now and am very happy with its performance. Even when things are not perfect, I receive assistance from exceptional staff members such as Oliver who facilitated bringing things back to normal. A truck rolled out on 21 January 2026 and all micro inverters are now reporting as designed after a replacement inverted was changed out.

Oliver and Jay were outstanding. When we couldn’t get in contact with our original solar panel company, we turned to A1A because of their strong reputation in Jacksonville. We needed a new inverter replaced and also had the solar panels removed during our roof replacement. They were patient, prompt, and very professional, working smoothly around our schedule. We highly recommend A1A.

I would give A1A Solar Contracting 10 stars if I could but the system limited me to only 5. I had an excellent experience with having A1A Solar Contracting install my Tesla solar system on my house. It all started with Chris G. coming by the house; he was very professional and was not a pushy salesman. He provided a very informative presentation of my proposed solar system, the benefits, with sound recommendations based on my needs and goals for renewable energy. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process.
Ellen C., Angie R., Virginia J., John C., and Cliff L. did an excellent job of designing my Tesla Solar system. Use of the Bodhi App made it so easy to keep track of the entire process and progress of my project. It also served as a one-stop shop to communicate with everyone as well. They took care of all the essential behind-the-scenes paperwork with the engineering, drawings, county permits and net metering documentation with FPL.
Once the work started, A1A Solar sent out a team of expert technicians. Nick, Carlos, Warren, Nate, and Josh came out and did a beautiful job of installing my 65 panels, 6 Tesla Powerwalls (4 Powerwall + and 2 Powerwall II) and 2 Gateway 2’s. The installation of all the equipment was clean and very impressive. They connected my system to my Tesla App without any issue. Nick, Carlos, Warren, Nate, and Josh worked fast and efficient; I definitely appreciated the fact that they took the time to explain everything that they were doing with daily onsite updates. With the complexity of my system, it took multiple trips to get everything set to perfection. The technicians did a thorough job of ensuring that everything was configured and operating at peak performance. Thanks John, Nick and Carlos for coming out that last day for everything that you did, it was great having you out here.

I could go on for a long time about this wonderful company. In a nutshell, we decided to go solar on our new house before the tax credit ran out. I did my due diligence on researching and picked 3 companies to check out. Without mentioning the other 2, A1A was the clear choice, hands down. First of all Pete, the owner called me right away, next he came to our house with a personalized presentation, next, I decided to go with financing, and today the panels and the powerwall were installed.
All the way through this process, all questions were answered in a clear, professional and understandable way.
Anyway, today Tyler, Macon, J’Kari, and Yancy arrived two of them up and down on the roof and two electricians installing the powerwall. These four were cheerful, efficient, hardworking and seemed proud of the company they worked for. We could also hear them laughing and enjoying each other!
