Great job all around. Crew was prompt and did a great job. Couldn't be happier. Melinda was prompt with the estimate and checked in with me to make sure the job was going well.

Professional and extremely courteous. I'm widowed with a young kid. So I genuinely appreciate people that are genuine and straight forward with me. Means more than ya know! Future projects they will be my first consideration 😊
-
Stay away at all costs. I am currently in the process of taking them to court to sue for not supporting their one year warranty. Came out, painted my house and when I started to have issues, I got the run around from Melinda. You have been warned

Update: found out they cut the line to my garage. $200.00 later 2 different electricians and this issue still isn’t fixed. I have to find an electrician who can run a new line for me or something since the line that Ramirez stucco cut is behind the stone work they installed...(long sigh)really wanted to like this company especially since i hit off so well with the Owners (Balin's) wife and manager Melinda BUT this company fell flat for me. Customer Service and customer satisfaction are extremely important to me and I was very very kind and flexible with this company even after they pushed back their timeline (job started on Saturday January 5th and concluded by pretty much Saturday, January 12th with only 5 minutes of work left on Monday, January 14th) Overall I"m okay with the work since I am not in the business of fighting with a company to be "good" at what they do.. if you're okay giving your customers sub-par work and make excuses when your customer brings concerns to your attention...i'm not into going back and forth to get a company to do what should have been done in the first place.
1.stones on the front of my house are larger than i would have liked them and spaced a bit further than I think they should be but when i brought this to Melinda's attention i was told I'm not sure how the stone guy does it maybe that is how he is used to doing it... no offer to fix or anything - very disappointing. 2. This job was billed at the higher-end when compared with McIntyre Stucco (14 - 16 hours of labor total, no more than $1,000.00 in materials and a total bill of $3600 ($3800 including the 30 minute paint job--see my painters comments below) being the total cost to repair a small area of no more than 100/ 125 sq ft of stucco, studs and stone replacement). ANOTHER THING: they do not give you a break out of labor costs, materials etc-3. Their painter who was already on the job charged me an additional $200.00 to use my paint and paint the area where the stucco was replaced( about 70 Sq ft of space). The petty part that really burned me is that he only used one coat of paint (the Behr paint i have called for 2 coats) On Monday, 1/14: Melinda said that the paint guy would be back to paint the 2nd coat on the areas he missed but there was fabrication involved about how he already painted a 2nd coat when i was there and witnessed that he did not.... 4. Lastly, while repairing the Stucco Balin informed me that the drywall in my garage would get damaged so when we were discussing the painting and work, i clearly brought up that i wanted to be sure my drywall was repaired and for the extra $200 "paint job" (i would have never agreed to this labor cost otherwise) everyone was shaking heads and in agreement that they would patch the small hole caused from the repair. for all the 3 days i saw the owner, i asked him about the repair he said, yes no problem, i'm going to get the materials and i'll patch the hole BUT OF COURSE on the day that we are to close out the bill everyone has amnesia , Melinda started deferring back to he contract...and Balin's response is "I don't do drywall" so my garage has a hole in it and and Melinda is supposed to do an estimate for me to see how much their drywall guy will charge to replace just 3 sq ft ft (yes you're reading right, just thrree square feet) of drywall repair. I HATE TO BE NICKLED AND DIMED ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE ALREADY BEING OVER-PAID FOR A JOB! this almost made me leave them 1-star but I'm just a very nice person. 5. it was clear that its all about the money with this company and not their customers satisfaction. Melinda is personable but that's where it ends. they'll say and do whatever to get the job but then it's all about the money. -
I needed stucco work done on the outside of my house and didn’t know anyone to call..while driving to work one day one of their work trucks was in front of me so I jotted down the number and gave them a call. They did an excellent job and Melinda was wonderful to work with..she always kept me updated on the progress. I would highly recommend them!

The crew was phenomenal. They were worked diligently from start to finish. Great attention to detail, all areas of concern were addressed without me needing to point them out. The exterior of my house was covered in cracks and now it looks brand new. Very professional and experience crew, thank you for the awesome job!

I hired this company to repair stucco on my home. As a results of their work/repairs I am unable to use 3 of my windows where the work was done, appears that windows are not sealed, the area that repairs causing water to enter my home every time it rains (pools of water) in each window area they touch; they cut the alarm system in all three windows; damaged the interior areas of the windows(framing) destroyed parts of my lawn. I reached out to the company, broken promises, blaming me for damages, telling me it would be too expensive to fix, they were on vacation and it was nobody’s business and blocked my calls and attempts to reach them.
