Tree reviews in Jacksonville, Florida

Super helpful. I got a quick response back and the trees are absolutely gorgeous.

Genuine, kind owner. Saw a need and helped out. 10/10 would recommend!

I really appreciate this company. Scott, the owner is wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable and listens to what you want. He followed through with everything he said and satisfied every wish I had. On time as specified each visit. I'm so pleased and highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed I'm certain.

Scott and his crew were punctual, reliable, and did a fantastic job! Scott went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied, and cleaned up nicely after they were done. I would highly recommend them for any tree service !

Amazing palm trees done by the best! We told Scott what we wanted and found these gems that were perfect!

We were very pleased with the job Scott Kauffman did on our palm trees. We have a big Sylvestris palm that had grown to the point we couldn't get up in it to trim the dead fronds and seed pods. We also thought there might be some damage in the crown by what was falling out of the tree. We called Scott on Monday morning, sent him pictures, he gave us an estimate, and he was here Thursday afternoon to do the job. We were extremely happy with the results. We thought his price was reasonable. He and his son cleaned up all the mess and hauled it away. He also treated the palm for disease and insects. We have a couple Roebelenii palms in the back and he checked them for disease and trimmed them up. There are tree trimmers galore in Jax, but we couldn't find one that would work on a palm tree. We will definitely be calling Scott again!

Absolute best experience. Beautiful palms and they helped us load and strap palms down on our tralier.

Big Daddy’s Palms was in my neighborhood a few days ago. He notices parts of a fallen tree in our waterway and asks one of the residents if he’d like the tree pulled out. The neighbors are so thankful!! They pulled the tree completely out and even took a chainsaw to some of it. A truly great company that supports communities!

What a great experience with Bid Daddy Palms. Scott removed two trees this morning and replaced with palms that we selected from photos sent to us. Everything was completed in about 90 minutes and we could not be happier with the results. Totally focused on our satisfaction.

Wow! I don’t know where to begin. First I’ll start with timelessness of response to my request for a quote. Not only did I get a quote within minutes they came and did the work same day. 😳 I was so impressed by the complete new look of my favorite palm tree. See before and after below. Very professional. Took away all the debris and left my neighbors with yard envy. 😊

I am absolutely thrilled to share my fantastic experience with Big Daddy's Palms. From the moment I reached out, Scott and his son Hunter not only showcased professionalism but also added a personal touch that made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.

Scott's dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in our initial consultation. He took the time to discuss my palm tree cutting needs, ensuring that I felt heard and understood. The pricing was fair, and the transparency in their communication set the tone for a positive experience.

What truly stood out was the genuine friendliness of the entire team. Both Scott and Hunter were approachable, making the entire process feel like collaborating with friends rather than a service provider. Their warmth and enthusiasm for their work created a comfortable atmosphere, making the overall experience memorable.

Scott's extensive knowledge of palm trees was evident throughout the consultation and the job itself. His insights and recommendations showcased a deep understanding of the craft, reinforcing my confidence in their abilities. Hunter, too, played a crucial role in ensuring the work was carried out with precision and care.

The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. The meticulous attention to detail during the cutting and shaping of my two small palm trees and one large palm tree was truly impressive. It's evident that Big Daddy's Palms takes pride in delivering not just a service, but a work of art.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Big Daddy's Palms for anyone in need of palm tree cutting services. Scott and Hunter's personalized approach, combined with their expertise, make them a standout choice. It's not just a job for them; it's a passion, and that passion translates into exceptional service. Kudos to Big Daddy's Palms for turning what could be a routine task into an exceptional experience!

**Update**

I discovered significant damage to my irrigation lines after Scott's tree removal, prompting me to contact him for repairs. Despite assurances, Scott's delayed responses and lack of follow-through resulted in frustration and further damage caused by an unqualified handyman he sent. The handyman arrived late, lacked proper equipment, and damaged additional pipes due to incompetence. Scott's dismissive attitude and failure to provide a skilled technician reflect a lack of professionalism and customer care.

Overall, it ended up costing me an additional $300 in repairs by a reputable irrigation company to repair all the damage caused by Scott. I strongly advise against using Scott's services due to the subpar repair work of his own damages caused and poor customer service experience after the initial service had been completed.

Scott and Hunter did a great job removing my four palms with no damage to surrounding shrubs or utilities. Would highly recommend their services as they are friendly and professional. Looking to hire them again for the new trees we will be putting in.

The team did a fantastic job for us! We had some really tough bamboo that needed to be removed, along with trimming several palms and trees around the house. They handled everything efficiently and exceeded our expectations with the quality of their work. Not only did they take care of the landscaping beautifully, but they also left everything spotless when they were done. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend them!

Great group of professionals. Very reliable, met all our expectations. Our yard looked great after they were done. Very easy to work with from start to finish. Outstanding job.

Mike and his team are the best in the business. Great pricing and great work done. Class act and will recommend him to anyone needing work! He treats your home as if it were his own. Wife and I are thankful for his work!

10/10. Such nice guys and did a full transformation of my massive oak tree! I got several quotes and not only were they comparably priced, but they were the only ones who seemed like they cared for the wellbeing of my tree and doing what was best for the future growth and upkeep. 10/10 recommend and will only be using them in the future!

Very glad I found this efficient and hard-working team! They tackled jobs in my large overgrown property with finesse and attention to detail. On time ~ ready to work ~ didn't miss a beat ~ they are now on my speed dial and I'm absolutely sure I'll have them back again. Thanks Eric and please thank Jonathan for being so polite and kind at clean-up time ~~ you guys are the best!
