Tree reviews in Jacksonville, Florida

Very organized and professional- never used a tree service before but we needed to clean up our yard and S&S delivered! Our yard looks clean and my wife is happy- thanks for making it easy and affordable!

We were very pleased with S&S professionalism in all aspects of the job. From the great communication, very reasonable pricing, all the way to the removal process it all went as planned. They were very thorough and quick and definitely happy with the end result. Will definitely recommend and use again if needed in the future.

Came and quoted the work, then after getting the job, came and said they couldn’t cut the branches because they were too high. Only trimmed the lower branches. To add insult to injury, their stump grinder ruined my lawn, and told me “we are not responsible for someone else's work”. Hire at your own risk.

I had S&S give me a quote with a few other tree services. They had a competitive rate and professional staff come out to give me a quote. Once I hired them it was raining for several days so they called me to let me know the job would be done another day to avoid any tracks in my yard from soft ground. They kept me posted on the schedule, completed the job and DID NOT cause any property damage (even though there was a very tight fit for equipment to my backyard). Jan is the best in the office and kept in touch throughout. The team that took my 40 foot pear tree from my backyard were great, professional and took care of all the cleanup. No issues and glad i hired them. This is a great company for tree removal and stump grinding.

These guys are great! They take hard work, friendliness and integrity to a whole new level. Will recommend them for tree cleanup/ removal to anyone who asks. We had 2x 120 foot oaks trimmed and clean in one afternoon

Over the years, I have hired four different tree services in Jacksonville Florida. Mitchell's is by far the best. They are punctual, professional, and knowledgeable.

They removed a large dead rain tree, ground the stump, and pruned two other trees within four hours. The cost was very reasonable. The cleanup was exceptional. My lawn actually looked better after they left.

There are a lot of tree cutters in Jacksonville. Some are good, and some are really bad. If you want the job done right, call Mitchell's Tree Service. Brian Senior and Brian Junior know what they are doing.

Mitchell's Tree Service did a outstanding tree removal from our yard where two large pine trees had been struck by lightning. Their crew came in removing the trees, clean up and stump grinding leaving our yard better looking then before. I highly recommend Mitchell's Tree Service for any Tree Work. Thank you and your crew for a job well Done.

I wish there were more stars, as this was some of the best service of any service I've ever had. Brian and his coworkers were very professional and got the job done to the utmost satisfaction. They did a fantastic job!!! Highly recommend!! Great group of hard workers!! Extremely pleased!! Thank you very much!!!

The Mitchell's crew did a great job cleaning up my trees. The guys were very nice, cleaned up everything very well and we're hard working. Highly recommend!

Mitchell's did a great job! Very honest, open, and upfront about what they would do and and how they would do it. They took great care not to damage anything and the clean-up was amazing (like they had never even been there). I would 100% recommend then to anyone considering having tree work (of any kind) done. Call them first. They will shoot your straight and treat you right.

Brian (the son) and his crew of 3 came to take a large Cherry tree down , they took some trees down for us a few years ago and just like the last time, they did an Amazing Job! They work hard, make sure things are done properly, they do their Best to make sure your property, the neighbor's property and your yard has very little damage. Since it was a Very Large tree, they used a Cherry Picker to cut the tree. It took a few hours due to the size of the tree and get it all finished including clean up. Mr. Mitchell came over the following day to pick up some equipment and take down a small tree and his friend brought a stump grinder and finished off the tree. I Highly Reccommend Mitchell's Tree Service having Help you with your Tree Needs.

We called 3 tree services out to have a tree removed and all 3 were booked out 2 to 3 weeks. Mitchell’s Tree Service came out 2 days earlier than what was scheduled. They took our tree down exactly on what they said they would do in record time. And the clean up was better than we could do. We recommend Mitchell’s Tree Service to anyone that has tree issues. And to top it off the price was awesome.

These guys were the best! Got the job done quick, and did not leave a mess. I highly recommend!!!!

Outstanding service! I needed my palms trimmed in Jax Beach, and they came right out. Quick and fair estimate, timely and efficient service. The trees look great, and everything was perfectly cleaned up and hauled away. I will definitely use Mitchell’s tree service for all of my needs in the future.

Great Service, completed my tree work in a timely manner. I have been doing business with Brian the owner for 30 plus years.

All the guys at Mitchell’s Tree Service were phenomenal to work with. Paul was quick with getting the quote to us and getting us scheduled. Brian was great at walking through the job to make sure his team knew what needed to be done. And finally, Philip and the other two guys (didn’t catch their names) were amazing with the tree removal. They were quick, clean, and the yard looks great! Very happy with their work!

Mitchell's Tree Service completed some great work here today. Mitchell's is a locally owned small business, and leadership was on site during the project. I highly recommend this company for any and all tree work. Thank you Brian, Paul, and your crew!

Brian, Bubba and the entire Mitchell's crew were amazing. They had the equipment and workers to do our job safely. We had four large pine trees removed and a river birch trimmed. Stumps were ground as well. Great people and a fair price for their work.

Mitchell's tree service has a very hardworking family oriented crew each individual that works there is good people especially storm bogart he was very helpful

We had a dead Loblolly and 3 more VERY large ones that had bug and woodpecker activity located next to our shed.
Brian came out and proposed an extremely fair price. The crew came out. Everyone was friendly and polite. They dropped the trees without damage to our shed, nearby fence or yard!
I can honestly say it was a nice experience.
