Tree reviews in Jacksonville, Florida

The Genesis people brought their “A” team. I had a "widow maker" leaning over my neighbors garage. I explain the situation to them. They came out immediately gave me a good estimate. And followed through with immediate service. They took the tree down very professionally. There were four of them as a team. Each one of them went to work straight away. They were all polite. The knew what they were doing and they cleaned up after themselves. It was a privilege to watch them work. And yes if I need another service like this, I will be calling them.

Wow! We're so grateful for Genesis Tree Care. Within an hour of our call, they arrived promptly and made quick work of a partial fallen tree. They were communicative, professional, kind, and the price was fair. Genesis really saved the day and I highly recommend them.

Genesis Tree Care is amazing! Let me first say how much of a pleasure it was working with their "front line" Rep. Floye! She is great at what she does and made our experience with Genesis, A-1 from day 1. Not to mention, Adam, who is equally pleasant to work with as well as professional, proficient, and expeditious. We greatly appreciate the work they did on our property immediately following a tornado that came through and caused a lot of tree damage on our property. Pinebrook Apartment Homes will continue to use Genesis for all of our tree care needs! Thanks again, guys!

Adam and his team were awesome during the entire tree removal process. Their expertise and dedication showed throughout the day, using their skills to methodically remove nine hard-to-reach trees, and did so without any property damage or injuries. They were able to cut all the trees down within a day, then return back the next two days to remove stumps and the lumber from the front yard. The costs were affordable, and I appreciate them and their hard work.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about these guys! I interviewed around 10 companies and Adam stood out as highly knowledgeable, skilled and with fair pricing!

My kids thought today was like their birthday and Christmas all rolled into one with the big crane, truck and heavy machinery. The crew were patient and kind with the kiddos, and diligent and safe with the tree removal! We had 3 water oaks removed today, and one was a monster that was right up against our house. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Big Oak Tree limb fell on roof.....was too big for us to take care of ourselves. Called several tree services
(Left a message) before finding Genesis (good reviews Angie’s list or Home Advisor). Someone actually answered the phone took all my info. (With picture of fallen limb on roof) and she forwarded it to someone in the field (Adam). We were worried about the cost...(another company had even told me they charged $1000 minimum just to show up) Genesis showed up next day equipped to take care of the problem and did it for a very fair price. Relieved and happy with their service. Very good experience using Genesis and can recommend them to others.

Genesis is definitely the way to go if you need tree work. The guys came out got straight to work , they took a large pine in our back yard down and did it with such ease and perception...I was amazed. They all work quickly and had the tree down and yard cleaned in no time ..as if they were never here. They did wonderful work and will definitely have my business in the future.

Once the weather cooperated, Adam and his crew came and performed some great work on removing our ball moss, mistletoe, and a bunch of dead or dangerous branches. These are the guys with the right equipment to take care of your tree work the right way. They really know their business. I would highly recommend Genesis Tree Care.

We received 3 quotes from tree services. One of the other tree services wanted to put a crane on our neighbor's driveway and have them sign a waiver for damages. However, Genesis never mentioned this option, but rather used a crane from my driveway and lifted the tree over my house without any damage. Genesis was courteous and straight forward about what they were going to do and also had the least expensive price. I would highly recommend using their services again.

Needed moss removed and some trimming from my favorite tree ever. They did amazing. Affordable, on time, cleaned up everything.

I hired Genesis to trim two live oak trees in our front yard. They gave me an estimate within two days and the job was done within a week. The whole process was done very professionally by everyone on the team. The trees look beautiful and were perfectly trimmed. Their cleanup was immaculate. Their estimate was very reasonable. I always make sure to hire someone with liability and workman's comp insurance (which Genesis maintains) I can't imagine hiring someone who could do a better job and I will use them again.

One word: Excellence.
Adam and Joe take their job seriously and listen to your ideas and concerns.
Genesis Tree Care breathed new life into my old trees and did the daunting job of ridding a tall maple of massive amounts of moss. the result? not a stem left. Incredible and in record time. They also did a good job clearing my old roof of vegetation.
the prices are competitive and the results just the way you wanted it
every member of the group is knowledgeable and they do a great job.
Thank you Genesis Tree Care !

Wow!! What a great job the Genesis crew did on my front and back yard!! They went out of their way to trim and cut so the trees still looked great. They completely cleaned up afterwards. Extremely professional and timely. And the icing on the cake was the extremely reasonable cost. No price gouging with this company!!

We had Genesis come out and remove a tree, bush, and some dead limbs from another tree. The tree and bush were removed on one day (they were so good we didn't even know until the next day they had come to remove the tree and bush ) and due to rain came out another time and finished up the work. They did a really great job. Nice friendly people to work with, the guys doing the job and the office people both. Thank you again for the great service.

I used Genesis Tree care to prune/trim two enormous Live Oak trees that were growing over my house, and they did an outstanding job. They use very high quality, professional equipment to make sure that the job is done safely and efficiently. In addition, their owner and team is extremely knowledgeable about how to properly maintain trees and they make sure that everything is done in the most beneficial way. Lastly, this company offers an exceptional value, and their services are very affordable in price compared to the competition.

Adam and his team are awesome. They are fast, nice, professional and very CLEAN! You can’t even tell they were here! We had 6 palms pruned and also needed several trees removed to make way for a new fence. They came out as promised and worked quickly. We will continue to use and recommend Genesis and Adam to everyone! Thank you!

I have used tree services in the past, but a friend recommended Genesis Tree Care when I needed two huge trees trimmed and pruned, one an oak in the front yard (limbs cover 2/3 of my front yard) and a triple-trunk maple in my back yard (extra large diameter on all three). Genesis Tree Care was very, very reasonable, staff and crew very professional, and are genuinely great people! The trees were trimmed and pruned and great care was taken to keep them well-shaped and "groomed." (unlike chopped up when another company worked on them in the past). Great care was taken when moving the heavy equipment through really tight places both entering and leaving the property - no damage! The guys were kind and happy to oblige when I requested they cut up the wood for use in my fireplace. Cut and stacked in a jiffy - and with smiles! My yard (and trees) looked much, much better after they finished the job than when they arrived to do the job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Genesis Tree Care and will definitely call them when I need additional or seasonal tree services.

We wish there were five more stars. The service provided to our family was an absolute TEN (10)!!!!!!! From the beginning to the end. You would have never known we had any tree servicing done. The courtesy, the attention to detail, and the politeness.

My husband and I told EVERYONE about them especially those @ our places of employment. If you want a tree service done and done CORRECTLY and at an affordable price, Genesis Tree Care is the only place to do business.

Thank you all for absolutely everything. Your work is PROFESSIONAL & EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!!

BRAVO & WELL DONE!!

The Gentry's

We had a large live oak tree from our neighbor's backyard pruned, as it was hanging over our yard precariously. They took out four or five large limbs. They managed to avoid two orange trees, and a boat and a privacy fence. We were very pleased with the job and clean up. They did an excellent job, and removed all debris. The cleanup was very professional and the crew was very courteous and respectful. I highly recommend Genesis Tree Care to anyone who is thinking of having trees removed or cut back.

I highly recommend Genesis Tree Care. I requested a free quote to remove a very large tree in my back yard, which was completed same day. When I contacted a few weeks later to schedule, the price did not change, and the job was scheduled immediately. I left for work at 7am, and when I came home for lunch at 12:30, the job was done and they were already gone. Everything was completely cleaned up as well. Great communication, price, and service!

I recently moved to Jacksonville, FL. I had the Genesis team trim a tree and cut down two small-medium fruit trees. Adam & the team were very professional and provided excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone seeking tree care.

Thanks to the staff and team for making me proud for choosing them!!
