Tree reviews in Jacksonville, Florida

We had JTR out to the house on Friday to take out some Oaks and Pines. Just a phenomenal service from Tony coming out to the property giving us the estimate to Tom and the guys being out here to do the job. The service was seamless. This is the most professional company I’ve ever dealt with. After all the trees were down the crew took the time to clean up even going up on the roof to blow off any debris that had fallen. They removed my mailbox so that it would not get damaged during the process and replaced it when they finished. I mean there’s not enough good things to say about this company. I would definitely recommend JTR to anyone who needed tree work. I mean they left my yard like they weren’t even here except for the lack of trees. lol.

Jax Tree Removal was fantastic to work with! We had 2 large palms removed, stumps ground and tree trimming completed. Everyone on the team each step of the way was super helpful, professional and friendly. They came out, provided estimates and scheduled the work quickly. They provided clear communication every step of the way and were extremely accommodating. They did a great job executing the work and were very thorough in their cleanup. And all of this was done for the best price in town! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree work completed. Thank you to to Jax Tree Removal Team!

Jax Tree Removal is a great company with excellent customer service. A large old oak tree came down partially on my house in the middle of the night. I called them at 3am on a Sunday and not only did they answer the call, they were out to assess the situation that same morning. They were able to rework their schedule to complete the entire removal the next day. Every worker was polite, knowledgeable and on point. Thier equipment was in exceptional order. My property was left totally clear of debris. Best if all, it's evident that safety is extremely important to this company too. They are just the best!

Tom and his crew exceeded my every expectation. It was an amazing well-orchestrated team effort with all 6 people working non stop and in synchrony to take down two 30’+ trees - an Oak and a Palm. From their 8am arrival to 9am departure they were Professional. Meticulous. Efficient. Economical. Amazing!!

Had Arbor Tech trim a couple of large trees in my front yard. Showed up as scheduled and went right to work. Completed job, including clean up in less than 2 hours. Checked with me during work to see that I was satisfied. Overall great job. Would recommend to anyone looking for tree work.

Prompt and reasonable estimate. Conveniently timed service appointment.
The team were not only on time but even a few minutes early, and worked quickly and efficiently. By the time they left in under two hours I had no more overhanging branches, and not even a stray twig left behind in my yard ! I definitely know who to call for any future tree trimming needs, and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Matt & his crew were phenomenal at removing a couple really large, old, diseased, oak trees. Highly recommended!!!!!

Fantastic job with large oak tree, crepe myrtles and large tall hedges. Also removed two palms. Extremely happy with the work, highly recommend

Great team, they got it done very quickly and professionally. Very inexpensive while providing good work. I will use them again.

David was great to work with. He knew how to navigate the permit process with the COJ and got me the approvals I needed. Thanks David!

The crew was efficient and considerate of my wishes for the work done and took great care in not damaging property and restoring my yard. Thank you so much.

Matt was reasonable and came out next day. His crew were all very nice and respectful. Didn't leave a mess behind like most contractors nowadays do. All and all a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Matt was extremely knowledgeable, timely and professional from the first call requesting an estimate. Once on sight, his team worked hard and fast and delivered top notch results. The clean up afterwards was amazing as well. I would highly recommend Arbor Tech with their tree service needs.

I called arbor tech to request an estimate for a very large oak tree over my home. Matt showed up promptly and administered a fair price upon which he scheduled his crew and a crane for removal within a week of giving me the estimate. Very impressed with arbor tech and the way they operate. Will be using them in the future!

We had a great experience with this company. Very professional, got work done in a timely manner, cleaned up and hauled debris off. Will never use another tree service.

Matt and his team were incredibly responsive and efficient. From our first contact to the tree’s removal took just one day. The tree was rotten and at risk of falling onto our neighbor’s power line, but they handled it quickly and safely. They were also mindful of our landscaping throughout the process. While our job was relatively straightforward, their professionalism and speed left a great impression—I’d gladly use them again and highly recommend them. Thanks!

We had a really great experience - Matt came for a quote the same day I called, and was out working 2 days later. I forgot to take a before picture, but the front yard looked somewhat junglish and the tree was starting to droop onto the house. They came and cleaned up the shrubs and tree! Great service, affordable pricing!

I recently hired Arbor Tech 904 to remove a large tree that was growing very close to my house, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. From the beginning, the team was professional, punctual, and clearly experienced. They took the time to assess the situation carefully and explained the removal process thoroughly, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.

The job was done quickly and safely, with no damage to the house or surrounding property. They were extremely careful and precise, especially given how close the tree was to the structure. They also cleaned up everything afterward — it looked like the tree was never even there!

If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled tree service, I highly recommend Arbor Tech 904. They did an outstanding job and exceeded my expectations.

Matt and team are very professional and provided an outstanding job with tree removal and tree trimming.

Matt customer service is exceptional! We inquired online about his companies services and he responded with 24 hours AND came out the same day and provided an estimate.

The services were scheduled within days and they completed the job today. The best turnaround ever!

He and his team went over and above the quoted services. The cleanup was exceptional.

If you are looking for a tree service, please don’t hesitate using Arbir Tech LlC.

Great service and a great price! Arbor Tech was very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to schedule the job quickly and kept me informed of any changes. They worked quickly and cleaned up after they were done. Went above and beyond by taking some of my other tree debris with them. Will definitely use again in the future.

We called Matt last minute to get a quote. We decided to meet around 1pm but our appointment was cancelled. Luckily, Matt decided to check our property to see the scope of work. He gave us a fair quote and since he is available, they started and finished the job in less than half a day! They took away two palm trees at our backyard, grind the stump, trimmed two palm trees at our front yard and cleaned the debris on our driveway. Matt and his crew did a fantastic job that two of our neighbors asked him to help at their tree problems as well. Highly recommendable and easily became our go-to tree guy. Thanks for the help Matt!
