Prompt service from scheduling the consult, arrival for consult and service, very knowledgeable and helpful & friendly crew. Worked around obstacles with ease, left no trace and cleaned up thoroughly. I most appreciated that they listened to what I wanted and executed as such, they took time to explain things and were not patronizing & dismissive like other places I had interviewed.

Last week we had a cat crying for help stuck almost 3 floors high in a tree on our church property. We tried calling around and struggled to find anyone willing to help. I live in Avondale in a 103-year-old home with huge Oak trees and neighbors with Camphor trees that were grossly overhanging in my back yard. Arborist Mark made two site visits to discuss the trees, the needs for grooming, and how he recommended to proceed. He is so very knowledgeable about tree species, property rights and laws with regards to tree cutting/grooming, what stresses them, and how to best groom them to eradicate nuisances yet preserve the health of the tree. They are not like many "tree companies" out there who just radically butcher the tree with no knowledge of species nor how to groom them in such a way that they grow properly. This crew was extremely careful with my property, the manner in which they proceeded with tree limbs on my property from adjacent residents, so it was respectful, and the immaculate post clean-up. In addition, their quote came in 54% less than three other well-known tree companies. I have used them before, and I will continue to do so exclusively.

We had a great experience with The Branch Manager. Marc came out and assessed our trees on our property before giving a quote. He is very knowledgeable about trees.
They gave us a competitive quote in a timely manner. The day they arrived to do the work, they were on time and came prepared with a friendly and helpful crew.
Marc was there in the beginning to get everything started.
The guys left our property better than they found it, including cleaning up thoroughly.
We had a fallen tree removed, a maple tree cut down, and additional trees trimmed up.

Removed three large trees on my property. They had competitive prices and the owner walked through the process and addressed my concerns during the quote. The crew was punctual and extremely courteous. They did a fantastic job and worked very quickly. My yard has no damage from their equipment. They cleaned up so well i can barely tell they were here; except for the 3 trees being gone. HIGHLY recommend The Branch Manager!

The owner, office staff & staff on the site, especially Barry & his team were outstanding. Price was given the day the site was inspected & they made every effort to make sure the job was done withing the time frame when we could be on site. The men along with their equipment did an impeccable job on a number of big tree issues and by the end of the day, the cleanup was so sweet that you would have never even known that they had been working there........except for the additional areas of sunlight we now have and a better-looking landscape on the remaining trees surrounding our home. We certainly appreciate their efforts in the heat of the Florida summer sun. We have worked with Barry before and when the need arises again, we will not hesitate to call The Branch Manager Tree Service. You guys knocked it out of the park for us!

The Branch Manager Tree service is just plain wonderful. We have used them in the past and even referred friends and neighbors to them. They always do professional quality work and their clean up is amazing! Today we were faced with a different kind of situation. Patches, our new kitten decided to learn how to climb a tree. Unfortunately, once she was up there, she was too scared to come down! She did not know how to get down! When we tried to help her, she went higher. We called Mark and not to long after, his crew showed up with their lift! They rescued Patches, and she is now back on the ground, playing with her sister, Baby! Thank you to The Branch Manager ! As always a timely quality job!!!

Our cat was stuck up high into our tree for a couple of days and no one would come out to help. I saw a previous post that Branch Manager retrieved a cat so I called and YES they’ll come out and retrieve cats from trees!!!!! Customer service was fantastic and two gentlemen came out, within a short time after calling, and was able to get our deaf cat out of the tree. They do this for free, but please tip them!!! They do this kindly out of their hearts and I’m so appreciative of this company and so are my kiddos!

I have a grove of trees in my backyard, about 35 large 60’ and up. I got 6 estimates from various companies who wanted to cut down 11 of them at very high prices. Then Marc White, from The Branch Manager, a credited ISA arborist reduced the # of trees to 3 at a very affordable fee. The job was done perfectly, it was phenomenal: the high tech equipment, the knowledgeable and friendly crew headed by a young man named Gavin worked half a day outing some dead trees and then they raked and cleaned up the yard, (and even the street) and while there, included aspect ratio trimming and pruning on some trees not on the list. I highly recommend them. They’re a five star operation all around. (The green ribbons mark all the trees that would have been cut down) . Whew…thank goodness there are people who really love trees!

We had The Branch Manager Tree Service trim our Queen Palms, Oak trees and remove a River Birch. They arrived promptly, did a really good job and cleaned up after the job. The guys were polite and clearly knew what they were doing. I will only use The Branch Manager Tree Service in the future!
