Adam was amazing. Very kind, helpful and courteous. He got the job done in a timely and professional manner. It was really great working with him.

I was very nervous about using a company that then hires out to a third party to break down and remove my elderly parents' home gym. This company was terrific. They communicated with me each step of the way and were reassuring. I accidentally booked the wrong day and gave the wrong address and they switched it seamlessly for me. The men who arrived to do the work were lovely and super hardworking. They knew what they were doing and did a great job!

My experience with LoadUp was excellent. On my first call I had an immediate call back from Violet who walked me through the process. When I had a question and I sent a text it was answered immediately and politely. Augusto with his helper arrived on time and the two removed my living room set within 15 minutes. I highly recommend LoadUp. They were professional, polite and very respectful of our property! Thank you LoadUp!!!

Holy cow! I searched for a service that could haul away my washer and dryer and in less than 24 hours they were picked up and taken away! The online appt scheduling is about the simplest thing you can do and the follow up customer support friendly and professional. You actually talk to a real person! I can’t say enough good things about Load Up, and I’ll definitely be using them again for other hauls too big to handle by myself. I’m surprised to read any negative reviews because my experience was A++!

Robert and his helper were courteous and efficient. The team communicated arrival time early in the day, so I could plan my schedule. The driver called at arrival and exceeded my expectations. They even took the box and packaging from the new mattress. I am very pleased with the Load up service

Bronze at Load Up was amazing! He did not have a second person to assist and was able to move all of my items. He was accommodating and put a lot of thought and care into moving my items. Highly recommend!

Ralph was curteous and very nice. Job was done very quickly. I was pleased with the service and all the people I spoke with were nice.

I was able to go online and schedule an appointment for the next day. Their app and automated texts kept me informed of their arrival time. Team was very friendly and professional. They had a Bowflex Blaze disassembled and loaded up in their truck in less than 30 minutes. I absolutely recommend them and will use them in the future!

DeShawn & team notified me then arrived timely.
I was provided an option to reschedule (because life happens).
Upon arrival they removed the old mattress, loaded it onto their truck, and in no time had the new mattress set up.
I’m glad I selected this service, and the fee was reasonable.
Both young men were very respectful and took care of not damaging the mattress or property.
I wish I had gotten their business card.

The subcontracted loaders were excellent at their work; efficient and quick. The company, however, was not able to meet the original pick up timeline resulting in a four hour delay which is why it only gets three stars.

They were great!! They texted a lot to keep me posted. Grabbed everything quickly. My daughter was all over them to help and they were great with her.

Unfortunately, UpLoad pushed the pickup back 2 times moving it from Friday to Saturday and then to Sunday. I think the labor (loaders) are subcontracted and our loader was wonderful but from a scheduling/logistics level the ball was dropped.

I was able to get a same day pick up for my mattress. Loader communicated effectively and was very friendly. Such a seamless process!

Needed a large couch removed. They were excellent communicators, timely, professional and competitive. We recommend and will use them again!
