Keith and his crew were amazing. First a hurricane, then I discovered that the tenants were hoarders, flood damage, mold due to the tenants being crazy not letting me in the house to fix it for days and then Keith came along. He went above and beyond taking pictures when tenants wouldn't let me come inside, letting me know what was going on and how bad it was, and then doing a fantastic job getting it cleaned up. Thank you!

The BioHazard Team did the most amazing job. They took care of all clean up, smell, ozone, fragrance. I never would have guessed what the situation was. I cannot say enough about how great a job they did for me. I hope the owner knows (I put the word in)!!!! I do not normally post reviews due to my tedious work schedule; however after reading this I am APPAULED, I had to respond!!!! I have been doing business with Puroclean and Wayne Terry for approximately 5 years. ALL of my clients referred to them have been nothing but satisfied. I can give you 15-20 client jobs that we have referred over the last year (Im certain that they would agree if asked) showing proof that their reputation supercedes that of most emergency restoration companies in the entire state! Puroclean has a few franchises in the Jacksonville and surrounding areas, this one is by far the best; service and customer service wise. On a personal level I had a very large claim in my own home in 2011. Being that I did business with Wayne in the past for customers, I felt comfortable calling him to do the job at my home. They went above and beyond what you would expect from a normal company. I am a mother of 4 children and during this time, 3 of them were home during the summer. Being that I have girls, my concern for contractors being there while they were home alone was very high. Knowing this, Mr. Terry allowed his project manager stay at my home during the time the contractors were there doing work. Being that I knew his technicians and have done business with them, this lifted a huge level of stress during an already stressfull situation. To me this just goes to show you what kind of person he is and that he truly cares about his customers! Please ***DISREGARD*** the above review and ask the company personally to see the hundreds of wonderful reviews they have! Google is always a good place to search but not for EVERYTHING! Sometimes you have to actually go to elsewhere to find truth!
