female tech and she ignored me and left the broken fan behind. Later, the company took off one day of charge for the broken fan instead of all the days. Worse, I asked them to come back out to retest for moisture because of the broken fan and they said they would charge me! So I have no way of knowing if there is moisture/mold because of the broken fan. The female tech had an attitude and if she didn't care about leaving a broken fan then she didn't care about the quality of her work. This company is not customer service friendly nor are they competant, or maybe they would have better service to a man. I would definitely go with another company.
