City water water was destroying my appliances, fixtures, sinks and toilets. I hated bathing in my water and refused to drink or cook with it. This filtration system has removed all of the hard water coming from the city and I no longer fear my water. Sales team (Jason) is very knowledgeable about there products and the installer (Jerry) was phenomenal.

Great customer service, was having some issues with the battery back up but I was able to get in contact with a representative and the process of getting everything back up as really smooth and efficient. If anyone is looking for a great service, a good company, and an even better water system you are in the right spot.

Love their service and results, beginning to end. We moved here from TN and had no idea about hard water. Skip came to our home and tested the water, shared results, gave us options, he was so humble and experienced. We selected our options based on what was best for us. Our installer, Mehdin, was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He did an excellent job! Amazed at how he could measure a pipe cut naturally. Truly the best. The day of the install everything changed. Took a shower and got my TN hair and skin experience back. Body wash and shampoo actually lathered! Our appliances, bodies, pets, plants and more thank Leaf Home Water Solutions!

Excellent solution for our water issues! Before installing the filter, the water had a strong smell and visible residue, but now it’s crystal clear, fresh, and tastes so much better. We’re extremely satisfied and highly recommend their service!

He made sure everything was well explained and remained easily accessible for installation. My install was handled very well. Already saw a difference in water quality shortly after it was installed. I highly recommend Leaf Home Water Solutions. We moved to Hastings in January, and needed to get our water situation taken care of due to the awful smell coming from every faucet in our new home.
After meeting Bernard at a festival Sunday; we received a call on Monday stating that a representative could be at our house at 6pm. Brent came and did his presentation, we knew our water was bad, but he was genuinely concerned about the condition of our water. After a review of the system that would be best suited for us, we closed the deal with him saying they would be here tomorrow to install it! The installation was amazing, Mehdin was the ultimate professional! He thoroughly explained his work, told us he was meticulous and would be doing a nice job for us. He and his partner were also taken back by the condition of the water. After he was finished, he went through the new system with us; went over the different types of salt to be used and not used, and the basic maintenance of the system.
It has been a couple of months since we had the system installed and we have not had any problems with it. It has well surpassed my expectations and provides us with safe drinking water !
