I'm mid-way through my project with Construction Solutions and Supply. Thus far, their communication, pricing, and service has been top notch. My project began with a site visit to assess the needs for development of the proposal. Jeremy and David made the visit, arriving at our agreed upon time. Jeremy provided the proposal the next day then followed up with a call to ensure my understanding of the inclusions, exclusions, terms, and conditions. After executing the agreement and paying the deposit things were rolling. I received several calls to schedule the install of my gas lines. That install was today. The work was done by Johnny and Aaron. They arrived as planned, just after 8 am in the morning. They did their once around to get familiar with the conditions then jumped into the project. They planned the gas line install in a way that minimized the impact to the yard, focusing their trenching on the edging between the landscape and yard. Their work was top notch. Thus far, every experience and team member with Construction Solutions & Supply has been exceptional.

Super impressed with CSS. They really helped with the design, set up, and construction. From start to finish was a job well done. And I can’t say enough about Neland and Scott. They worked hard to get things done and were very careful not to disturb or dirty our home. Great job guys.

Our gas fireplace wouldn’t start. Gene from CSS (who helped with the installation a year or so ago) came. He distinctly remembers our installation and our pets. It was like a friend came to visit. Gene completed the work needed quickly and professionally. It was a simple clearing of the pilot. He walked me through every step of the process, he was wonderful.

Both Scott and Nelain did an excellent job in converting our gas fireplace into an electric. They took care of demolition, build out an all finish work. They showed attention to detail and made sure that the customer was satisfied. They take pride in their work.

The team at CSS are fabulous and very professional. Our project included installing a fireplace, hearth, mantel and TV into our lounge area.
Our first experience was with Amy in their showroom who was very knowledgeable about the different fires and looks we might want to achieve as well as giving great advice on how to frame it including materials to consider etc.
Harley, Rick and Randy are awesome and very detailed. They reassured us every step of the way, making sure we got what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble.
Neland and Scott installed and created our vision, they have an amazing work ethic and we really liked that they were working on our project 100% of the time through to completion and not jumping from project to project. They were very tidy and clean and respectful.
Debi is highly organized and managed our project within our timeline slot. Her communication is excellent and we always knew what to expect in terms of times the team would arrive etc
Overall, a brilliant experience, quality work and we definitely highly recommend this crew and company! We love the result and wish we did this a long time ago.
