It's a damn shame that third tool warranty exchange policy has changed... It's been hassle free for years and now all of the sudden I get declined on a 5 year warrantied tool that I bought a year and a half ago? I bring over $150,000/year worth of business to this store because of the customer service care. Looks like I'm going across the street for now on beings that the incentives are gone.

I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot I feel like they have a good values good prices and also that they're able and willing to help me figure out what I need. The garden Center has great values on live plants and landscaping. Excellent and knowledge able customer service!

On a positive note, they almost always have Milkweed plants for the Monarch Caterpillars! However, for the past month or so a LARGE majority of plants, flowers, and milkweed look dried out, dead, and mangled in the sun area!! I have mentioned it to management and cashiers and no one seems to care. I was told 2 months ago that sprinkler system broke. Well someone needs to water plants then? It is also such a shame that numerous plants are just thrown in the trash at Home Depot, including the pots they are in. They do not mark their plants down due to not owning them.

I hired Hey You! Handyman! He did excellent work for me and his prices were really fair. He did some electrical, plumbing and some tile work for me, it was perfect. I really don't take the time to write reviews, but this gentleman went out of his way for me. I would recommend this person highly. I will be using him again!
