We are NY residents who own an ocean-front condo on Hutchinson Island. We are blessed to have numerous short and long term rentals back to back. We are also blessed to have Amanda from Albino Cleaning Services to clean make ready our condo when renters come and go. Her duties include cleaning, laundry, keeping mirrors and glass doors spotless, cleaning and maintaining our large patio and patio furniture, organizing kitchen cabinets and drawers after each renter. She even lubricates and cleans our sliding door tracks to ensure our doors glide smoothly for our guests. Amanda is dependable, reliable, trustworthy and works quickly and efficiently which is critical for same day tenant turns. We also depend on her to close our condo when it is vacant or during hurricane season, which entails bringing all the patio furniture indoors and buttoning up our storm shutters. Amanda has faithfully taken care of our condo for about 2 years and we couldn’t be happier.
