I have lived here since 2006 and I use this company at my residence and my business. They have NEVER failed me. They come on the day called which is imperative to my business as my product could go bad if not at a certain temperature. I will continue to use DS Air and will always recommend them.

Was visiting a friends condo in Stuart, FL. On our first Saturday there our air conditioner failed. The top grate had rusted badly over the years and the motor/fan broke free and fell into the unit. I called Monday morning and DS Air conditioning had a technician there that afternoon. After reviewing the problem he had to order parts, but to my dismay the top grate and fan blade are not a standard stock item at their wholesaler. So the parts were ordered. When they arrived Friday AM, our technician, Phil, was there and had the system up and running within an hour. He also had to replace the outside electrical box/breaker which had also rusted through. We were very pleased with the work, the cost, and the professionalism of the technician. I advised the owner and suggested they use DS Air for all future work.

Installed our system almost 7 yrs ago and have not had a problem since. I've called for service approx. 3 times, they're on time, courteous, and know what they're doing. Repair guy Jeff is a good mech as well as good person. If you are looking for a new A/C system or need a repair call these guy they are great, from the lady who answers the phone to their techs.

The people at DS Air Conditioning are interested in providing Great Service at a fair price. From the ladies in the office to the technicians providing the service in my home, they were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company for your air conditioning needs.

We're very impressed! My next door neighbor's AC, stopped working, she hasn't arrived here yet. I called DS Air Conditioning around 4:00pm, they wanted to send someone out right away, but office girl Christy said the AC needed to be turned off for a while, in case AC might be frozen up. Wonderful for an office person having knowledge for saving a service call. Mike (Too Tall) came out next morning 8:20am located the part not working, showing me the part and explaining about the part. He had that part replaced and AC united running very quickly, he made sure air was coming through all the vents and reset thermostat for me that I did not understand how to turn off the fan part while turning off the AC unit, I'd took off the whole casing . Mike's (Too Tall) very nice person (6 feet and 11inches, that's why he's called Too Tall, plus a few Mikes work for this company) and it shows that he enjoys his job and is proud to work for DS Air Conditioning, Inc and staff. --- I'm very happy finding this company! DS Air installed our AC about four years ago and have maintained the system ever since. No problems with their service or the system in all that time. Until Sunday when we suddenly had no cooling and the temperature in the house quickly rose to 85 degrees. They responded promptly and the problem was fixed that day. That is the true test of a good company!

Amazing fast service. 2 great techicians over the last 2 days. I also bought their maintenance plan. Lots of perks come with that too. I highly recommend them. Thank you for getting my AC unclogged and repaired.

Great company-very customer focused, I called for service on a Monday morning and a technician arrived by 10am the same day- diagnosed the issue immediately ordered the part and got our A/C up and running again. DS Air Conditioning went above and beyond my expectations !!

Will and the grew at DS Air Conditioning, Inc did a great job installing my air conditioner. My air conditioner had gone bad with a freon leak in condenser will came explained cost to fix or replace. I took replace as cost to fix and put in 18 lbs of freon was high. Next day team came out did great job replacing it.

Can't say enough good things about this company! They were used to install the heating and air unit in a new home build. A couple months later the unit would not turn on and called them on a Sunday and actually got a call back within the hour. They were willing to come out and take a look but told them I could wait till Monday. The office called me first thing in the morning and had someone out within the hour. All the technicians and the office staff are super nice and very accommodating. Reasonably priced, super friendly and prompt service! I just signed up for their maintenance agreement and they have been prompt and efficient!In today's world this is a great small company with a family vibe! I would recommend them to anybody!

DS AC is the best! They r super knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and they r honest! I trust them implicitly. I purchased my unit from them about 3 years ago, and I have had superior service. Everything from recommending the best unit to meet my needs at a very fair and competitive price. Throughout this time, they have maintained my unit and kept it running perfectly thru their maintenance package. I am super satisfied! I recommend them highly!

Absolutely Appalled by the Lack of Proper Maintenance

I recently had another HVAC company come out to inspect my air conditioning system and was shocked by what they found. There was significant mold growth inside the air handler—clearly something that had been building up for years. DS Air Conditioning had supposedly been performing regular maintenance on this system, but based on what the new technician found, it’s clear that they weren’t doing even half of what they claimed.

The new company reviewed DS’s annual maintenance checklist and pointed out that roughly 50% of the listed tasks had either not been done at all or were done so poorly they might as well not have been. It’s clear that DS was more interested in collecting a paycheck than actually doing their job.

What’s worse is that the previous homeowner, an elderly woman, trusted DS Air Conditioning to maintain her system properly. Instead, they completely took advantage of that trust, delivering bare-minimum service—if that—and letting dangerous mold accumulate unnoticed.

For the price DS charges, their service is a complete rip-off. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They’ve proven to be untrustworthy, negligent, and careless when it comes to people’s health and homes.

Today my AC stopped working. The fan outside wasn’t spinning and was making a noise like a leak in a tire. I called DS Air Conditioning and they sent a tech out right away. They were able to find the problem and get it fixed in what felt like no time at all. From the person who answered the phone to the tech that came out, everyone was very kind and professional. DS Air is the best company in our area! We had an ac issue this morning on a holiday weekend and they came out within a hour from the call to our house. They fixed our problem super fast. Honestly I can’t say enough good things about them and their whole team! Will recommend them to everyone I know.

Highly recommended. DS came in clutch when my AC unit failed. They had someone dispatched in a couple hours and a diagnosis same day. We ended up replacing my old roof unit and my internal system. Their work was meticulously done, very professional, and we were up and running the same day with just several hours downtime. I'm very happy with the quality of work, their responsiveness, and pricing. Everyone on their team was a pleasure to work with. Not one issue.

DS Air provided exactly what I wanted and needed, I couldn't be happier (or cooler) with the results of their service. And let me just say, the Mitsubishi Split Units they installed are wayyy more efficient than those of old, even my wallet is thanking them.
