Had a toilet overflow, seeped under the bathroom walls, soaked the carpet in the adjacent bedroom. I called, they said they would want insurance or $1,500 deposit, seemed fair enough. But when it came down to getting them here, the story changed to no tricks available and to call another company. I believe this was because they heard my upset son in the background and didn't want to come because of that. Then, I was told they had ALL their trucks out on a large loss and wouldn't even be able to tell me when they might be able to come, and told me to Google another remediation company. I am not happy at all the way i was given the run around after they heard upset family members in the background. Of course everybody is upset, it's all in a brand-new, newly-renovated bathroom, wall newly repaired and painted, and newly carpeted bedroom. Thanks for nothing ServPro for leaving us in this terrible situation based on what I believe to be fabricated information. I will never call you again and I will warn others not to call either.
