Would not go anywhere else. We recently had some issues with our gas dryer and called All American Appliance. Frank, the repairman, may know more about dryers than anyone alive, and he worked methodically with us to figure out the problem. He and the entire All American team were conscientious, fair and very professional. Great locally-owned family business.

All American Appliance made an appointment timely. Frank showed up on time! Diagnosed the problem & fixed my wine cooler! Frank was professional & all at a fair price

Wayne was excellent. He fixed the problem quite quickly and took the time to explain different settings and options to optimize the functioning.
The lady who took my call was also very pleasant and professional.

All American came out to diagnose the LG refrigerator on New Years Eve. It had not been working since Christmas Eve. When I made the appointment, I explained I was working with my home warranty to obtain a reimbursement. The warranty company needed more information to submit my claim for approval so their representative called All American to ask a few questions. The manager there was extremely rude and stated she was spending too much time on our repair request. I called for the same information and experienced the same rude response. The LG company called to give them a warranty authorization code for repair and All American told her very rudely that they are refusing service to the refrigerator all together because she spent too much time on it. . I felt so bad for the LG representative as she was just doing her job. Since we have been without refrigeration 2 weeks now, we are back to square one and are out the $150 call fee. People who treat customers like this should find another line of work! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They will NOT go out of their way to help you in any way!

Incredibly rude front office. The tech called to say he was on his way, but I was in the middle of a work event monitoring 25 children. The office called back three minutes later and I explained I just had to get the kiddos inside and she could hold or I’d call her right back. Instead she just cancelled the appointment!!! There were adults at the home for when the tech arrived but she was so rude, stubborn, impatient she told me she didn’t care and had rerouted the tech and that was that.

Prompt and professional service. Had to order a part, they went out of their way to go get the part and install in the same day. It is so refreshing to have high quality service. We have used All American for over 15 years and they never let us down.

I would give them no stars. IF I Could! Came out to fix oven. Fixed wrong part. Been 7 months waiting for parts. Called office for updates every other week! Gave up on waiting for these guys. Called a parts supplier and new part is coming in 3 daysi I have been waiting 7 months from All American. ALL american kept telling me: we are waiting for parts, waiting for parts! Supplier has 300 in stock! Very unprofessional and do not recommend then at all!

New Frigidaire microwave 2020. Suddenly failed to work. No explicable reason. All American Appliance was recommended by a friend who has happily used their service for years. The technician examined the microwave and parts are no longer available for the model, despite its being only a few years old. Somehow the technician was able to make it work again. From the lady who took my call to the point I could once again just heat up a cup of coffee, was a great experience. When or if it dies again, it's going to microwave heaven, but I'll definitely use this company again.

This is the best service company I have ever used! I've had many issues with my LG refrigerator. They are there that day, repaired within hours, & their prices are reasonable. Wayne is "my guy" & he is a real pro.

I would highly recommend All American Appliance! I recently had an issue with my dishwasher and they came out right away. Though they needed to order parts, they were able to do that and came back out to finish the repair within a couple days. It is tough to find service companies that are reliable and actually show up, diagnose, and repair in a timely manner. All American Appliance was able to achieve all that!

I am not one to complain. In fact, I am the person who takes the time to write good reviews for companies. This is not the case with All American Appliance. In June 2021, we had ice under the deli drawer of our refrigerator. They sent out Frank who supposedly fixed it. Two months later, the ice was back. They then sent Wayne, who is their resident refrigerator guy. He was much more pleasant than Frank and seemed to know what he was doing. Well, it is back now in February 2022. After spending nearly $750.00 only to have the problem persist, I would certainly look elsewhere for a technician.
This is not the worst, though. Before this last icing, we called because our ice maker was not working. This time we got Frank again. After spending less than 10 minutes in my kitchen, he told me that I needed a new ice maker, that I owed him $99.00, and that he would call me with a price for the new ice maker. When he called back, I had a couple of questions for him. He. started to scream at me that he knows what he was doing. I quickly hung up and called the company. The woman on the phone supported him saying he has been a technician for 15 years instead of apologizing for his behavior. When I went back to read reviews, Frank's name has been mentioned before. I really wish I had researched this company more before calling them. My refrigerator still has ice under the drawer and I have no ice maker, but I have the name of another company which I intend to use, and the man seems very nice.

From placing my service call to the technician arriving everything was handled extremely professional. They diagnosed my problem quickly and had it fixed in no time. Definitely will use them should I have any other appliances issues in the future! Highly recommend

They went above and beyond to fix my trouble maker clothes dryer. Did not stop till it was fixed. Friendly and professional folks have earned my continued endorsement and future patronage.

Our appointment was fast, easy and scheduled the day. Our service individual (Wayne) was quite knowledgeable and familiar with our KitchenAid Undercounter 2 drawer refrig/freezer issue. Very fair pricing, prompt service and I highly recommend this company.

I called 3 other companies before finding All American Appliance. I had little to no response from any of them. I spoke with the owner about my situation with our refrigerators. He was fully booked for that day, but said if his Tech finished early, he would send him my way. Sure enough, he said that Wayne would be coming by. Wayne was very knowledgable, honest and a pleasure to have helping me out. With his recommendation we salvaged the fridge we were planning to put by the curb and ordered a part for my garage fridge. I honestly felt uneasy about finding a repair company, but now feel with confidence like I have a company that I will return to for any of my appliance repair needs. Thank-you!
