Sensi electric came out to my home for a estimate arrived on time ..discussed several lighting options and pricing for each service.we had our landscape lighting done first,then Several motion Detectors ,Fans ,TV mounted to wall no wires show at all showing ..then proceeded to have security cameras wired throughout the entire home ,all of these services required several visits ,each time they arrived on time ,professional and price for each job was exactly what we had agreed on ...highly recommend

I had them take care of one of my rental units and they installed an outside receptacle as well as changed out a breaker. They charged me something like $360, which I thought was a bit outrageous. The job was done right though, however there are cheaper options out there.

5 stars goes to sensi electric. Stefano the owner came out on a Saturday and took care of my breaker panel. Very professional company, great price and very respectful to my property. Thanks guys.

Lindsey and Stefano were on-time and called to confirm the appointment. Upon arrival, they explained their pricing philosophy and billed on-site upon the completion of the job. They not only completed the initial tasks, but also explained and estimated future work that needs to be done. Very trustworthy and honest. Highly recommend!

Sensi Electric came and upgraded our electric for our new pool. Very dependable and responsive. We highly recommend them.

Very unprofessional. Started attacking me via facebook messenger when I left a review on their page. I would NOT recommend them to anyone! They gave a false estimate sight-unseen for a property unable to close during a sale due to an incomplete permit from 1989. They charge 40% over their estimate, asssured me that everything was passable for the permit to be closed out. However, when I had it inspected it failed. Not once but 2 times. I had to pay over 3x what the original estimate was. I should've trusted some of the other things I had heard about the company. They smoked while on property, coming in and out of the house wreaking of cigarettes.

The inspectors who came to view the job were shocked that any reputable company would have thought that that work would pass inspection. Maybe they were having an "off" day, but their unprofessional response, use of swear words and lack of taking responsibility for their mistakes is truly appalling.

Don't trust them!!! They wrote an estimate for a job they never saw going off of a failed inspection report from the seller. They even provided proof of them doing this!
