Danny with Complete Comfort listened carefully at arrival. His diagnosis of our system was detailed and he explained thoroughly his findings and presented a couple solutions. The best choice was a system replacement and is scheduled for completion in one day this week. The installation crew arrived as promised by the office and worked every hour of a long day to finish our replacement system. Dennis made every effort to make our installation high quality. We are now enjoying a trouble-free Air-Conditioner. Complete Comfort continues to be very responsive, honest, and very fair. Thank you!

Update - I’m still only using Complete Comfort! I’ve had some service calls since my install and still great things to say about the company.
I'm thrilled to have found an AC company I can trust. My original unit was 10+ years old and had a known leak. I called for a free estimate on a new unit. Mike Wright came out on time and was super knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, which is much appreciated. He honestly recommended the best option for me and reviewed the cost and financing options. I decided to replace my unit and scheduled the install for the next week. The 2 installers arrived on time and were very pleasant to work with. A new inside and outside unit was done in about 5 hours. I feel confident in the recommendation by Mike and look forward to cooler days ahead with Complete Comfort Air.
