Prompt and professional service. Had to order a part, they went out of their way to go get the part and install in the same day. It is so refreshing to have high quality service. We have used All American for over 15 years and they never let us down.

I would give them no stars. IF I Could! Came out to fix oven. Fixed wrong part. Been 7 months waiting for parts. Called office for updates every other week! Gave up on waiting for these guys. Called a parts supplier and new part is coming in 3 daysi I have been waiting 7 months from All American. ALL american kept telling me: we are waiting for parts, waiting for parts! Supplier has 300 in stock! Very unprofessional and do not recommend then at all!

New Frigidaire microwave 2020. Suddenly failed to work. No explicable reason. All American Appliance was recommended by a friend who has happily used their service for years. The technician examined the microwave and parts are no longer available for the model, despite its being only a few years old. Somehow the technician was able to make it work again. From the lady who took my call to the point I could once again just heat up a cup of coffee, was a great experience. When or if it dies again, it's going to microwave heaven, but I'll definitely use this company again.

This is the best service company I have ever used! I've had many issues with my LG refrigerator. They are there that day, repaired within hours, & their prices are reasonable. Wayne is "my guy" & he is a real pro.

I would highly recommend All American Appliance! I recently had an issue with my dishwasher and they came out right away. Though they needed to order parts, they were able to do that and came back out to finish the repair within a couple days. It is tough to find service companies that are reliable and actually show up, diagnose, and repair in a timely manner. All American Appliance was able to achieve all that!

I am not one to complain. In fact, I am the person who takes the time to write good reviews for companies. This is not the case with All American Appliance. In June 2021, we had ice under the deli drawer of our refrigerator. They sent out Frank who supposedly fixed it. Two months later, the ice was back. They then sent Wayne, who is their resident refrigerator guy. He was much more pleasant than Frank and seemed to know what he was doing. Well, it is back now in February 2022. After spending nearly $750.00 only to have the problem persist, I would certainly look elsewhere for a technician.
This is not the worst, though. Before this last icing, we called because our ice maker was not working. This time we got Frank again. After spending less than 10 minutes in my kitchen, he told me that I needed a new ice maker, that I owed him $99.00, and that he would call me with a price for the new ice maker. When he called back, I had a couple of questions for him. He. started to scream at me that he knows what he was doing. I quickly hung up and called the company. The woman on the phone supported him saying he has been a technician for 15 years instead of apologizing for his behavior. When I went back to read reviews, Frank's name has been mentioned before. I really wish I had researched this company more before calling them. My refrigerator still has ice under the drawer and I have no ice maker, but I have the name of another company which I intend to use, and the man seems very nice.

From placing my service call to the technician arriving everything was handled extremely professional. They diagnosed my problem quickly and had it fixed in no time. Definitely will use them should I have any other appliances issues in the future! Highly recommend

They went above and beyond to fix my trouble maker clothes dryer. Did not stop till it was fixed. Friendly and professional folks have earned my continued endorsement and future patronage.

I called 3 other companies before finding All American Appliance. I had little to no response from any of them. I spoke with the owner about my situation with our refrigerators. He was fully booked for that day, but said if his Tech finished early, he would send him my way. Sure enough, he said that Wayne would be coming by. Wayne was very knowledgable, honest and a pleasure to have helping me out. With his recommendation we salvaged the fridge we were planning to put by the curb and ordered a part for my garage fridge. I honestly felt uneasy about finding a repair company, but now feel with confidence like I have a company that I will return to for any of my appliance repair needs. Thank-you!

Took a long time to get the part and install it but otherwise ok. Some confusion on when they were coming... 2 different calls giving me different days by 2 different people in the company. Once the had the part and actually got there it was done quickly. Still couldn't believe it was $450 to replace a refrigerator light!

The office was on top of everything, and you can tell that quality is a top priority in all aspects of their business.

Our technician, Frank, was professional, knowledgeable, polite, prompt, and really neat. His technical skills are outstanding - he quickly diagnosed the issue with our noisy U-Line wine cooler and within a short turnaround time was able to easily replace the motor with a new OEM part.

Having All American Appliance do the repair was a great value. They are so reasonably priced for the quality of work they perform.

I would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

I called and asked for Wayne,for my sub zero refrigerator repair,I heard that he was the sub zero expert,after several attempts by someone else, Wayne came out, diagnosed it quickly, ordered parts overnight directly from sub zero and had me up and running the next day.
Very professional, clean,and thorough.
I will be calling this company back for all my future repairs.

Wayne is a very experienced refrigerator mechanic. My freezer was working well but the refrigerator section was warm. He diagnosed the problem and did an excellent repair. I recomend All American. good communication

This was the second time I had needed an appliance repair in January. I was very satisfied with the first call. However, this time, I was disappointed. The technicians were knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. A part had to be ordered. Both the technicians and the secretary confirming the order assured me the work would be completed by the end of the week. Although the part came in Thursday morning, I was told by the scheduler that the repair could not be made until Monday. This four day delay was a big inconvenience which required me to get a substitute to cover my previous Monday commitment. Clearly the issue was with the office, not the repairmen.
I will hesitate to use this company again.

Josh and his partner were on time, respectful of property and knowledgeable. They returned with the required repair part and did the job expertly and quickly. I will definitely call All American Appliance Repair for any future needs.
