From their office staff to the installers Dove Airconditioning Refrigeration is top notch! I will be recommending this company if I hear of anyone looking for an Airconditioning contractor. Dove Airconditioning was recommended to me from another business owner. Pay attention, you never know when your air conditioner is going to go out. Dove Airconditioning Refrigeration patched up the best they could until the new install. They were willing to send a tech out whenever we called and, at no charge. Kudos to Dove Airconditioning Refrigeration for their great customer support!

During these times I find it very refreshing dealing with a top-notch company (not many do what they say they are going to do). During my yearly maintenance. Dove service technician was extremely professional and polite. Not only did he show up on time but provided me with photos showing the work being done and condition of my unit, as my Air Conditioner is located on the roof. This company is defiantly my "go to" company with all my future A/C service work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Called Dove to get a quote on a new AC unit. I called this company because a customer of theirs or should I say former customer now recommended them.
Spoke to the woman on the phone and sent her the pictures of my AC unit she requested. She replied, telling me she received the pictures. Gave her my email address and was told I would get a quote. Never heard anything from them ever again. Hardly a reputable way to do business. Dove needs to learn that word of mouth can build your business but it also can destroy it.

After spending $12k plus for a new A/C unit inside and out, I figured I’d be covered. We had our first issue since the new install and treasure coast A/C did not hold up to anything I was sold on. That’s when I was introduced to Dove Air Conditioning. I wish I would have met these guys before using the “other” company. Unbelievable customer service and response from Dove A/C. Tech was very knowledgeable and a great person. I will only use Dove Air Conditioning going forward. Excellent company and service!

I definitely recommend Dove AC!! They are super friendly, reliable, and they get the job done. I recently purchased a home and needed a company to inspect my AC and check out why it smelled musty when it ran. Dove was very responsive and quickly added me to the schedule. The tech that came out to my house was very friendly and thorough. He took the time to explain things to me and answer any questions that I had. I am glad that I had them come out because I ended up having to replace my coils as they were rusted out; and had a Reme Halo installed. I have had the Reme now for a couple of months and you can definitely tell that the air quality in the home has significantly improved. The musty smell is gone and the air actually feels fresh in my home. Plus, I take comfort in knowing that my air is cleaner because the Reme kills all the germs!! An added note; I also liked the fact that the tech wore booties over his shoes in the house. It’s little details like that that make a difference. Call Dove for honest, reliable service!!

I was in a bind to get an new compressor for my A/C unit. I have my condo under an agreement of sale and settlement is next Tuesday. I was told by my current HVAC contractor several times that they were waiting for the part. When I called for an update they tell me the part is not under warranty and I didn't approve the quote so they didn't order the part. Just for the record they never sent a quote. And they also told me 10-14 days to complete once I signed the quote when had already been waiting two weeks. Good thing I don't live there full time!
I called Dove Mechanical who services my home in North Palm Beach. Brian was able to locate a new compressor locally and have the system installed and up and running by 7 PM the same day.

Long time Palm City resident and have used many different HVAC providers. My unit failed on a recent Sunday and I reached out to Dove. They said they would be there Monday am before noon, and as promised the most professional and knowledgeable HVAC rep I have ever dealt with showed up with a smile. The variable speed compressor fan motor had failed. The rep explained to me that the unit was 14 years old and while he could change out the fan motor, it's expensive and most likely the entire unit would fail in the new future. Not a sales pitch, just a knowledgeable opinion. I opted for a new unit. The owner of the company got involved and in order to expedite the repair, he had the unit delivered directly to my home from the distributors warehouse, as opposed to delivery to the Dove shop which saved me one full day. Monday morning, the owner was on site helping the install tech with the job. By 1:00 the unit was up and running smoothly. I had used Dove before for routine maintenance and their rep was professional, courteous, and very efficient. The technician who installed the new unit was also very professional, courteous, and efficient. I am convinced that Dove has the perfect business model. They show up on time, with professional, experienced, and effective employees who truly care about their customers. The price was excellent, the service was superb, and Dove has a customer who will recommend their company to everyone I know.
