This afternoon I had a gentleman named James who helped with my issue this afternoon that I had with my toilet. He was super professional, and even was nice enough to help with other issues including the shower. Provided excellent customer service, and got here super quick within the hour. Thank you again!

James replaced our water heater this morning. He was great - he clearly communicated his diagnosis of the issue, the expected timeline to resolve, and was prompt and efficient with his work. Strong recommendation for him and his organization.

I cannot state how grateful I am for James and his services today. Not only was he early for the job but was very attentive to detail and worked quickly to resolve our water heater issues. I had a problem with a badly clogged kitchen sink.
Roto Rooter sent two of the most professional and kindest techs (Rudy Junco and Robert Rojas)to help with this problem. They arrived promptly and tackled the issue quickly. They educated me on the causes of this issue and gave preventative advice for maintenance. I really appreciate their great service.

Same day appointment. The scheduler on the phone was polite and helpful. Our plumber, James, arrived promptly. James was professional, courteous,, and efficient. He skillfully managed our issue which was the installation of a water line for the refrigerator. Decent price for same day service. I’ll definitely use them again for any future issues.

This company works super efficiently. Called them up and they had a plumber at my house within an hour! James came out and aside from his naturally warm demeanor and friendliness, he was super informative and honest. He set realistic expectations and did not beat around the bush. I definitely appreciated how helpful he was and the thorough explanation of everything.

James came by faster than expected. I was surprised he took care of our no hot water issue found the main shut off valves made the necessary repairs. He knew what he was doing so professional. Then he left everything clean is a plus and in working order so last minute for a holiday weekend late call as it should be. James was an absolute pleasure. Efficient, good-natured and polite. He had to step out a few times to get parts for the repairs and did so with a smile every time… it’s a VERY long walk to the elevator so he got a workout, but never lost his sense of humor. Roto Rooter has been our go-to for the plumbing issues we have encountered over the years. Every technician we have worked with has been kind and knowledgeable. They always get the work done timely and leave the work space clean when they are done. James helped us out today and he was wonderful.
